In The Heart Of Disney's Magic Kingdom, and Walt Disney Studios (2 minutes walk to the station, and then 3 minutes train ride to the Disney Park entrance) 35 minutes to Paris (subway or car), 1 h drive to the Champagne Region, 1 h from Versailles Palace and its magnificent parks, 3 h from D-Day Beaches of Normandy- W.W.2 veterans museum for peace, 5 h from the Loire Valley Castles, cradle of the French renaissance. Airports 35 minutes drive, 1 station to the international train station to London(3 h)Amsterdam(4 h). and a great indoor leisure center with bowling, arcade games, simulators, sports area extreme games, 1 great night club, Buffalo Bill's Wild West show at the Disney Village. Escape in the best international shopping center and factory outlet stores 5 minutes walk: more than 30 restaurants, 270 boutiques, medical center, Sea Life's unique experience just 1 block away. First of all, our new vacation apartment offers 2 balconies, a quiet park-view from the 2nd floor out of 4 (elevator) and is situated in a nice 2003 residential Parisian building, with security camera and coded entry access. It is in the heart of what is the number 1 destination in Europe, with more than 14 millions visitors each year. 2007l celebrates the 15th birthday of Eurodisney and is full of surprises for visitors of all ages, with new rides, parades and shows. You will enjoy living as Parisian do, from cooking or shopping to wine discovering. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you want at the supermarket 1 block away. Paris is easy access with the subway and you can buy passes by the day, week or 1 month. Some of our guests stayed up to a month and a half, and enjoyed themselves visiting Paris and its monuments almost everyday! Car rental is really optional in the area, as public transportation is really secure and well distributed.

Who are the owners? She is Italian, he is French. They met in 1996, when they used to work as cast members at Eurodisney. They met in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle, in the magic kingdom, and fell in love. He fell in love with America when he was a foreign exchange student in 1992 in Jefferson N.Y, she fell in love with France when she was studying Art history and French at the same period. Married in northern Italy in 2000, they decided to acquire their first rental property in the best location, and opened in September 2006. He has been working at the Four Seasons Paris since 2001, and she is a boutique manager (women collection) in the huge mall situated next to the apartment. Their project is to acquire a new property, a house, sometime in 2007, in order to rent it to people looking for a true second home including the best service around such as a private spa, terrace, garden, BBQ, and more, really close to the Disney Golf Course.

Our price always includes: Complimentary 1 car covered parking with remote control. Complimentary Champagne bottle, welcome kids pack ... and more! Booking will be confirmed after initial payment of 25% (non refundable) Balance is due 1 month before arrival date. Summer and Christmas weeks are very high season and should be paid entirely upon Booking. A deposit of 300 Euros will be asked for on arrival (cash) and will be returned on the day of departure supposing that no damage was done during your stay. How to make your reservation easy?
