House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 9-11)

This well maintained, central air-conditioned two-story home with two decks front and back is perfect for your family vacation! Located oceanside of Bay Boulevard on a quiet street only 2 blocks from Fantasy Island, Bay Village and the beach, it allows your car(s) to be left in our three car parking area, while you walk to amusements, restaurants, shopping and beach. Great for families with kids as our beach entrance has a lifeguard stand and we're next to the Beach Haven bike path. One of the most desired blocks in Beach Haven; a quiet street but just a short two block walk to all the activities in town center.

Our house features two floor living with 4 bedrooms and lots of large closets and a storage room, an oversize kitchen, upstairs living room and downstairs family room each with entertainment centers. Each room is tastefully decorated with plenty of room to move around in, and each bedroom with towel racks, ceiling fan, and beach/nautical theme. Large flat panel LCD TVs in both the living room and in the downstairs living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, coffee pot, toaster as well as pots and pans, utensils, and ample dishes, drinking glasses, etc.

Upstairs/downstairs arrangement with separate living rooms ideal for two families or large family where older children are downstairs and adults upstairs! Great condition wall to wall carpeting, living room sectional sofa and new Sealy beds. All rooms freshly painted, decorated and ceilings/fans redone to put our beach house in mint condition. Brand new downstairs tiled bathroom.

The large deck on the back of the house is a perfect spot for family gatherings and BBQs! The front balcony features a view of the water with plenty of room for outdoor meals, refreshments, sunbathing and sunset viewing. A table and six nice deck chairs are on both the front and back deck areas. Two barbecue grills are in the backyard along with additional chairs and chaise lounge. Back deck gets morning sun, and front deck afternoon sun - always a place for sun or shade. Alongside the back deck is a large private outdoor shower with a 'two-seat' changing area inside the enclosure. Large landscaped backyard is perfect for picnics, whiffle ball or badminton games, and family gatherings. Six beach badges, four beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided so you can pack lighter!

About The Owner

We are two families in northern New Jersey who bought and co-own this Beach Haven house in 2007. We enjoy going down to LBI in the off-season but rent all year round. We have been renting for two years and like to hear how much our renters enjoyed their vacation at our house - we keep it in great condition for everyone (including ourselves!).

Why The Owner chose North Beach Haven

We think Beach Haven is one of the best family vacation spots in the United States, and our favorite on LBI. Beach Haven offers great restaurants, shopping, beautiful beaches, parks, tennis and of course the bike path which we are right next too. Our house is situated close to both beach and the shopping/food at Bay Village - we leave our cars parked at home the whole time. The two floor living allows us to share across two families and we have separate front and back decks for sun or shade at any time of the day when outside.

What makes this house unique

Two large decks, comfortable deck furniture, large kitchen, a quiet street, two floors to spread out on, a large selection of books and video, but most of all a very well maintained inside with comfortable, clean living space.

We came down for a few days for Chowderfest, the house is perfect! Very spacious, very clean, nice block and so close to everything. Loved the fully stocked kitchen, Italians love when there are lots of pots and pans! We loved it so much we are switching this to our new summer vacation spot as well!

This is the second time we have vacationed in LBI and returned to this lovely home! The two floors were perfect for our entire family. Our family ranged from an 18 month old to my mom who is 88. The location is great as you can walk to Fantasy Island and many of the local stores/ restaurants. The beach was perfect as we were able to bring Mom there. This beach house has many amenities, including two decks off the second floor where you can watch the sunset in the evening and have breakfast in the morning before it gets too warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this home and am sure we will be returning in the future.

A great house to rent. With two floors you can separate the early risers from the late risers. Having two big screen TVs was useful - one upstairs and one downstairs. The two decks were enjoyable enabling you to be outside but still close to all the amenities of the house. It was comfortable and the location was terrific. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.
