Rental Terms: Here are the details for the booking process : As soon as I receive your agreement for the booking, I will send you the contract (as an attached file) by EM. You will have to print, fill out, sign and send it back to me (by mail) with a deposit check (personal or traveler check) of 300 dollars (or euros, according to your national devise!). l would not bank it (it is just a safety check to confirm the reservation) and will give it back to you at the check-out. When l receive the contract, l will send you an email to confirm the reservation and to give you all the technical information you need to get to the apartment. The full rental has to be paid at the check-in, directly to the owner, by cash or traveler check. Cancellation We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel more than two months before your arrival. Otherwise the deposit is not refundable unless another renter is found.
Payment & check-in:: l will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and to provide you with all the instructions concerning the accommodation and area facilities. We ask for payment in full at the check-in.
