This non-smoking 2 bedroom, 2 bath new condo is in the heart of Princeville. The condo has air conditioning and gorgeous upgrades to make your Kauai stay relaxing and enjoyable. Amenities include wireless DSL, a pool with cascading waterfall falling into the pool, a hot tub, BBQ and a state of the art fitness center that is available at no charge to all guests staying in our condo. The garden setting is perfect to read a good book or take naps at your leisure. The granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and antique beadboard cabinetry add to the class and quality of this gorgeous condo. All of the new furniture was purchased in February 2007 keeping with the Hawaiian feel of Kauai. The lanai is large with furniture to add to your living space and comfort. If you want a totally relaxing vacation, then our little bit of paradise on Kauai will fulfill your desires. Just pack your swimming suit and get ready to relax.

  • Each bathroom is different and has a wonderful feel of Kauai. The large master bathroom has granite countertops and travertine flooring with tub surrounds. The second bathroom is appointed with the plantation look of white tile on the countertops and bath surrounds. The flooring is beautiful travertine and the cabinets are tan distressed beadboard.

Hanalei is only 3 miles from the condo: The famous town of Hanalei and Hanalei Bay are only 3 miles from the condo. There you will find a step back in time with quaint stores and 1960's atmosphere. Just a short drive from town you will find Hanalei Bay for surfing, swimming and snorkeling. Take your cooler with chilled drinks and lunch and enjoy the day with Bali Hai in the background. (Remember the movie 'South Pacific'?)

The Princeville Hotel is 1 mile from the condo: Do you desire a relaxing lunch overlooking Hanalei Bay, a fabulous Sunday Brunch or a casual late afternoon drink at the bar with talented musicians in a total relaxing atmosphere? Terrific Condo

Our stay couldn't have been better. My husband and I stayed over two weeks at this delightful condo. All our needs were met and then some. The decor was like a model home. The bed was very comfortable. Also, a big plus was the LCD television in the living room and bedrooms. We were even suprised to find some DVDs to watch. We have been coming to Kauai for fourteen years and this is the nicest place we have stayed. Our weather was sunny Sept 9-25 with just a little rain. Another big plus is the garage. Walking directly into the condo from the garage with groceries and beach stuff is so convenient. We enjoyed it all so much that we will be returning next year to this condo. Thank you George for a wonderful home away from home!

Incredible Stay!

I would highly recommend this place and location for a trip to the N. Shore of Kauai. This unit in the Plantation is not only perfect for a family w/ childeren but is also perfect for the couple that wants to get away by themselves. Location; perfect. Unit; immaculate. Complex; all of the above. Is great to be able to get fresh food at the local farmers markets, fish markets and cook yourself. Best thing is the small meals. You are not a slave to the "meals". Very amazing places w/ in a few short minutes from condo, so you can always go out, and come back in for a quick meal and a hot tub and back out you go. Very nice complex w/ work out rooms and of course the pool and hot tub. Really cannot say enough about the whole experience. Have been throughout the bahama's, Carribean, and even Kona and this was the highlight of our humble existance. Some places are sheer beauty, the N.Shore is absolutley magical. Please keep this place up as much as possible if you rent here, as the price and quality is top notch. Would be awesome to keep it that way.

Fantastic vacation and location

I was pleasantly surprised that reality was much better than the pictures on the website. The place was very clean and quiet. It was furnished with everything that one would have in a regular home. Not knowing what we were going to face we actually brought a lot of accessories with us (e.g. snorkel gears) that we really did not need as the place came with everything you can think of to have a wonderful time at the beach. The whole transaction was very easy and we got our deposit back a few days after our departure. When (not if) we go back to Kauai we will stay there again.

This was our first time at this north shore property and won't be our last. It had all the amenities we could have imagined PLUS boogie boards and coolers. Beautiflly decorated, well maintained, very clean, spacious and only a short walk to the pool. The condo has air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in each of the rooms and wonderful trade winds to keep things cool. After a long day on the beach, you will enjoy sitting on the lanai. Patio set sits 4-6 comfortably. You can walk to the market for groceries, ice cream, pizza and some shopping but it is a long walk - we recommend a vehicle. We preferred the north shore beaches to the south but be ready to carry an umbrella with your snorkel gear.The property owner is wonderful to make your arrangements with - willing to do what he can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation.

My husband and I spent 9 nights in this condo in March of 2009. It is furnished beautifully with rich colors, good taste, and beauty all around. As soon as we walked in we felt lifted up by the decor. The layout is also very thoughtfully done and this condo "lives well", spacious , practical, and fun. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner provided the best customer service I have ever had anywhere we travelled. He is reliable, ethical and trustworthy.
There is a feeling of luxury the condo, extra towels, very soft all cotton sheets, soft blankets, finer quality than is required yet much appreciated. The washer and dryer were a blessing. Also, many supplies are already there, dishwasher soap, spices, other basics.
Of course, the best of all is the location. Kauai is filled with such natural beauty that is almost overwhelming. We cannot wait to return and our first step will be to contact George and make a reservation for this condo.
