The Best Value In Downtown Victoria Your home away from home. This suite has been totally redecorated and re-furnished with first class furniture and fixtures. Centrally located on the waterfront, the unit is minutes away from Chinatown, Olde Victoria and the famous Inner Harbour and Empress Hotel. The view from the living-room looks north-west along the Gorge waterway and Sooke Hills. The common area of the rooftop patio provides a beautiful 360 foot view of the city. There is a shared gas barbecue on the patio for guests convenience. Kayak, canoe and powerboat rentals are available at the on-site marina. It is also a stop for the water taxi which runs around the Victoria harbour. This is a no-smoking suite. No pets of any kind allowed. There is normally a minimum 4 night rental requirement.

We stayed here for three nights in August and after flights from Western Australia taking about 34 hours it was heaven to meet Dave & Sheila and to have our own privacy in a condo rather than a hotel. They have furnished the condo very tastefully (love the cats) and even put some basic food in the fridge which immeditely made us feel like friends, not clients. The location is perfect and we were really pleased we found this on the web. It comes highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

" We thoroughly enjoyed your condo. You made us feel like guests in your own home. The views from the roof top patio are fantastic. Loved the condo's central location - we walked everywhere. Will definitely recommend staying here to our friends & family".
