This trendy downtown condo has just had a makeover. The new, up-market design is contemporary yet warm and cozy. It is an open-plan studio style with bedroom alcove containing a queen size bed. The sofa is a custom-made, convertible double bed of commercial grade ensuring comfort. There is a full kitchen, gas fireplace, new wall-mounted flat screen TV, new computer and free Wi-Fi. Plus taking care of laundry while you're travelling is easy here with the in-suite washer/drier.

The living room views are of paddlers, rowers and the life that generally makes up the harbour, plus glorious sunsets over the water. Catch stunning views of the harbour and waterways from the rooftop patio which also has BBQ facilities.

Kayak and canoe hire is available from the marina located in our own backyard. The dock is also a stop for the little harbour ferries - pick them up at many spots along the seawalks around the harbour. The condo is a short walk from the inner harbour, Empress Hotel, museums and Legislative Buildings. Chinatown with its wonderful restaurants and markets is two minutes away. Golf? Lots...from spectacular Bear Mountain designed by Jack and Steve Nicklaus, to fun and inexpensive courses, and many in-between.

Everything is here for a wonderful and affordable vacation.

Thanksgiving! and we're thankful that M introduced us. What a charming pied-a-terre you have created. You have thought of everything to make us feel at home. Great location, great bed! every time we looked for something it was there in its place...we will return.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful city! Thank you for the use of the condo...it was perfect!! Couldn't have asked for a better vacation...we count ourselves lucky on so many things on this trip...choosing this property is one of them.

An unforgettable moment!

What are 2 days in Victoria? A badly planned trip! There is so much to do and all from a walking distance. The condo is so well equipped it was as if the girls had never left home. It was an unforgettable moment!

Gem of a Condo

This upscale condo has every amenity a traveler could want. It is located within easy walking distance of downtown Victoria and restaurants. It has lovely water views. The building has great security features and on-site secure parking. We'll be back!
