A 4 bedroom house on the clean pristine Sleepy Hollow Lake. Ride a paddle boat, kayak or relax and fish on the backyard dock with adjoining deck. Enjoy the 2.5 mile man made lake - top water quality. The house has all the amenities of home. Gourmet kitchen, granite countertop, deep sink, new appliances. The walkout downstairs 'kid's area' includes a large den, big screen TV and Bedroom. Upstairs includes 3 B/R; 2 full baths and a great room with a wall of Pella sliders overlooking the glimmering lake. Down the block there is a private pool with basketball & tennis courts, golf range and baseball field. Across the lake is another pool and a sandy beach. Lifeguards at pools and beach.

Perfect sized home for up to 2 families. Clean and updated. Beautiful complex. We enjoyed swimming and fishing from the backyard. Swimming in the complex pool. Going to the drive-in close by. We would return again!

We had the best time! My children 9, 7 and 4 swam in the lake everyday. They loved ziplining at nearby Catamount Mountain - we went twice! The paddle boat was a huge hit too. The scenery is wonderful. It was a very relaxing vacation, a great place to spend some quality family time.
The house is very clean and well- appointed.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
