Charming colonial house ca, 1810 in Barnstable Village just off Rte 6A. This large home is perfect for family get-togethers and reunions. Comfortably furnished featuring two living rooms, large dining room and a stunning kitchen fully equipped, including double oven gas range. The spacious patio is perfect for outdoor dining, featuring a large gas grill and ample seating. A large, shaded yard (fenced on three sides) provides a private recreation & relaxation space highlighted by a fabulous outdoor shower. Parking for two cars and Barnstable beach pass included (17 beaches nearby).

A stone’s throw away is historic Route 6A, an enchanting road that weaves through out the Cape’s oldest villages and leads to the most secret and stunning beaches.
