Comfortably furnished featuring two living rooms, large dining room and a stunning kitchen fully equipped, including double oven gas range. The spacious patio is perfect for outdoor dining, featuring a large gas grill and ample seating. A large, shaded yard (fenced on three sides) provides a private recreation & relaxation space highlighted by a fabulous outdoor shower. Parking for two cars and Barnstable beach pass included (17 beaches nearby).

A short, easy walk to the village brings you to a friendly local scene which will whisk you back to yesteryear. A charming coffee shop with world class coffee. A real diner serving breakfast and lunch. Two four star restaurants each offering a range of dining experiences including tavern style, casual and fine dining. Everything We Needed and More

We were looking for the perfect Cape Cod experience and found it! Visiting from California with our two kids, I really wanted to give them the experience I had spending my summers here as a child. The house, built by a sea captain, is large but full of charm. Clean and well maintained. Plus it was stocked with all the stuff you don't want to cart with you (linens, beach stuff, lobster pots). The best part is that everything is so safe and accessible. My only complaint was the noisy traffic on the nearby street but that's just part of the Cape in the summer.

The semi-private beach is a short walk or drive b/c beach pass is provided. Shallow calm water, beautiful view, white sand, restrooms and lifeguards! We bought lobster near the beach and ate it on the patio. Took the whale sight seeing boat right from the harbor. Played board games on the screened in porch. Took outside showers after long days at the beach and walked to the cute ice cream place in town almost every night :) Best of all the kids loved it. Can't wait to go back this summer!

Our family, which includes our two dogs and young daughter, was looking for a vacation home that allowed us to relax, be central to all Cape Cod has to offer and inspired us as artists. We have spent time at this lovely home in April as a family and again in July with friends. The beautiful and comfortable home is spacious and has everything you need right at your fingertips- the owners have thought of every detail! The yard is lovely and we spent many hours on the big screened-in porch and patio that is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The beach and quaint village was a short, pleasant walk from the house and had lovely shops, restaurants and artisan studios without a “tourist” feel. We already have plans to spend time here in 2012; it’s the kind of place that becomes a “family tradition”. We just love it!

My family and I stayed here summer 2009 and fell in love with this home. The house has lots of space, a great yard and a big patio. The kids a great time in the yard. It was a brief walk to Millway Beach, Barnstable Village and a short drive to shopping. The beach pass allowed us to visit various Barnstable beaches and the house included beach chairs, toys and bikes! We loved it so much we came back in 2010.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
