Perfect location and place

We just returned from St. John's and had a great experience at Coral Breeze. Our contact with the hosts was first rate as they answered all our questions...and then some. Great communication, even during the island power outage one night. Greeted us at the car barge and brought us to our "home" for the week. Condo was comfortable and perfect sized for our family of 4.. including two college aged sons. Loved looking at the stars from the deck of the master bedroom. Pool was a nice addition to the trip. We've been to many vacation rentals over the years with VRBO and were again pleased with the value we got. So much better than cramming into a hotel room and nice to have a place to call home. It's not a "luxury" villa, but is comfortable, clean, well-kept, quaint, great location, and a good value. We were there during peak season and they didn't try to overprice their unit as so many of the rentals we looked at were doing. One word of advice, while we were able to get to the villa with a Ford Focus (long story...had reserved a jeep)... It is a tricky climb if the roads are wet.
Definitely hit the beaches. Waterlemon Cay is worth the hike for snorkeling as is Haulover Bay on the east end. Food is expensive in St. John's so having a condo and eating on the deck really helps.

Owner's Response: Guests will need to go up two rather steep hills and therefore a four wheel drive car would make travel easier in wet weather.
