Quiet Community 1.5 miles from beach with bike route to beach and boardwalk or take the Rehoboth Community bus to the beach and boardwalk. Community has indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center and putting greens. Less than half mile to outlets, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. 45 minutes to Dover Downs Casino. Within driving distance to Ocean City, Maryland, Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach or take one of the buses to these locations. Also within driving distance to Assateague Island and its wild horses. Jet skiing, fishing, and 4x4 beach near by. Dinner Cruises in nearby Lewes. Golfing available at nearby public courses.

The house was great. We were there for a baseball tournament for our son and also made a family vacation out of it. It was real close to the beach and the wonderful outlet stores. The house was beautiful and very spacious. I would highly recommend it. The neighborhood was great. My kids loved the bikes. The house was real neat and nicely decorated. Again, everything was great. I would definately stay here again.

My two sisters and I stayed, and it was a wonderful weekend! The home is beautiful, perfectly decorated, and neat as a pin! We highly recommend staying at this gorgeous property!!
