Hammock Beach is just 2 miles from the center of Palm Coast, on interstate 95, and 6 miles North of Flagler Beach, a charming beach town out of the past, with many restaurants, a pier, shops, surfing, and fishing. The beach itself will seem like your own private beach; often you'll be the only ones there. If you want more action, Daytona Beach is 20 miles south, with beaches you can drive on and great nightlife. A few miles further south brings you to Cape Canaveral. A visit to NASA makes an excellent day trip . Just 20 miles north of Hammock Beach is the historic city of St. Augustine. Visit the old fort, the shops and restaurant, the Alligator Farm, and more.

Both the condo and the resort are very, very nice. We spent 5 days just at the resort and our kids (5,3) loved every minute of it. The condo being very well stocked (condiments, spices, etc) was a nice added bonus.

We have stayed at Hammock Beach many times and this villa is the best deal around. It's convenient to leave or return to the villa from it's 2nd floor location, as it is to walk to the main resort area. There is so much to do, yet also very relaxing and private unlike the crowded resort areas on the gulf. The community, employees and other guests are exceptional. The kids activities, pools, and staff are fabulous. Restaurants, spa, golf and entertainment are great for all. Marineland is only 5 minutes away, as is the European Village. Publix is right across the street. Although you don't have to leave Hammock Beach, we have done half and whole day trips to other beach communities, and to Orlando amusement parks. The management company for this villa is very nice and just a phone call away.

We had fine stay, unit was great and nice pools and facilities, good location in the complex, people were easy to deal with and the price was very reasonable
