This fourth floor, ocean view, Kihei Alii Kai condominium has been completely remodeled and re-furnished. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress and the loft bedroom features two full-size beds. The fully equipped kitchen, tasteful furnishings, flat screen TV, DVDs, books, games, beach equipment, and piles of beach towels are provided to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We offer free wireless Internet access to all tenants. A pack-and-play crib and high chair are also available. Enjoy romantic sunset dinners on the lanai, looking out to Kaho’olawe and the Molokini crater. Cross the street and spend the day at the beautiful Kamaole I Beach. Take a dip in the pool, play a set on the tennis courts, or take a short walk to restaurants and shops. Lots of things close by to keep you entertained.

We really liked this condo. The location was just perfect for all our activities. The beach in this area was at least as good as, and in our opinion perhaps better than any in Maui.

Booking this place was very easy, and Helen responded to all our questions very quickly, and using paypal to take care of the money side was quick and simple.

On the condo, we were particularly impressed with their kitchen. They had all new appliances, and it was very clean. Nice big dishwasher. They also had a brand new washer and dryer, a crib and high chair for our son, and a lot of little extras, especially beach toys and chairs, and boogie boards.

Great customer service, view, location & amenities

Booking the condo was very easy, Helen was very prompt in answering our questions, and our deposit was returned to us just a day or two after we checked out. We really enjoyed our stay and loved all the little touches in the home--especially the boogie boards, tennis equipment, and kitchen essentials like oil and seasonings that made cooking a lot easier. We loved the view from the balcony too and the condo was centrally located near lots of good restaurants and beaches. The reason we rated the property a four instead of a five was that it was really hot in the first floor room the first night and since there was no central AC, it took a few hours to cool the room down to a reasonable temperature. To Helen's credit, she provided a floor fan but unfortunately it was too loud to keep on while sleeping. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

This turned out to be the perfect condo for our family. We were really impressed with how fully equipped it was with everything from tnnis racquets, movies, boogie boards and beach chairs.The owners made it very easy to book and provided clear directions and checkin instructions. It was especially nice to arrive to a very clean and well kept condo. The grounds and common areas were also spotless and the various types of flowers and shrubs were very well mancured.

We were told the beach was a 400 yard walk but it hardly seemed that long as you get to stare at the Pacafic Ocean the whole walk down. We managed to be back at the condo for 4 crystal clear and magficint sunsets from the lanai.

I would recommend this condo rental to anyone who asked!

We just came back from a great 12 nights in Maui - 7 of which we spent at this fabulous condo. At first, we were somewhat spectical as many of the condos in this complex had reviews that were both positive and negative. It seemed to us that it depends very much on the unit you rent. As for this unit, it was excelent! It is very well equiped with everything you need for the beach, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds really comfortable. The fans and airconditioning worked well for us and the location was great! We could easily walk with our two young girls to the beach and not have to worry about getting in and out of car seats - whew! The pool is exceptionally clean, a wee bit rule bound, but the upside, is that the condo is quiet which is great for night times and bedtimes. The view is great - the value of the condo great - we would highly recommend this to travelers!
