House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Lovely Spanish style pool home with safety fence. Fenced in back yard with high hedges for privacy. Home is on a quite Cul de Sac street and offers loads of parking. Boat, motorhome, cars - they will all fit!

Dining area has a nice view of our unique pool. Grill your favorite food on our gas grill. Outdoor tables and chairs will more than accommodate your group. Screened pool cage will keep you comfortable from those nasty mosquitoes.

Deering Bay Estates is 5 minutes from this house. Attending a wedding, you can't be closer than this home. They also offer tours, canoe and kayak rentals and more.

Key Largo is only 45 minutes where you can enjoy beaches on the ocean side or the gulf side. Swim with the Dolfins as well!

The town Cutler Bay is located off our famous 'Old Cutler Road' which takes you to Coconut Grove - only a 25 minute drive away. A great path runs along this road for walking, running and biking.

Mattheson Hammock Park has a beach area for for those who want to swim. Around 20 minutes from the house. Great for picnics!

Have a large family? Rent the home next door as well - also listed on VRBO. Sleep up to 14 plus people between these two homes.

A wonderful place for your family reunion in Florida!

Great weather! A lovely pool that is completely screened, and has a child safety fence around the pool. You can relax in the sun loungers and chairs. Fenced yard if you need to secure a boat on trailer. Large driveway.

Lovely home in serene and quiet neighborhood

Myself and guests really enjoyed our stay in Melba's home. The home is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, you could hear the wild peacocks singing off in the distance in the early evening hours. The house was well stocked and clean. The large screened pool area was lovely and we dined alfresco most of our meals out there. Beds were comfortable, linens clean and fresh, and plenty of towels for showers and pool. We enjoyed being just a bit outside of the big city of Miami, but close enough to be there in 30 minutes to enjoy the Sony Open Tennis Tournament in Key Biscayne. We would definitely stay again when visiting Miami. Your home is lovely and we thank you for allowing us to enjoy it.

We arrived while owner was away, however she made sure everything was taking care off, the lady who represented the owner while she was away did a very good job making sure everything we needed, or seem to be missing was available.
The only thing we could not access was the Wifi (we were not able to retrieve/find password) so we used the wire connection that was available. The house was clean, all linens and basic household items were plenty available and all equipment was working well. Perfect place to have breakfast in morning sun and the pool is big enough. We can recommend this place for families with (younger) children but also seniors, especially for making round trips to Key West, Everglades Nat'l park or Miami Beach etc. it is the perfect place to stay and from where there is easy access to major Highways.
What we found important is that owner has shown that her top priority is to make sure guests have a good stay!

Beautiful House, Gracious Hostess and Wonderful Experience

We rented this house as well as the next door neighbor's house for our son's wedding. Both owners were very welcoming, showing us all the features of the houses and where to find everything we'd need. We had an incredibly good experience with both of the houses and would highly recommend either one.

Perfect place for leisure or romantic getaway

My wife and I decided to rent this house to spend the weekend with a couple of friends from Chicago. Definitively the best decision we could take. We spent less money than getting two rooms in a good hotel, having much more comfort and privacy. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with all amenities we needed. The whole place is very well maintained, everything works well and nothing is broken or even scratched. The swimming pool area is perfect, it's fully protected by a thin screen to avoid flying insects, and the pool is heated and clean. Even on winter time we could enjoy the water during the day or night. The neighborhood area is quiet and also very beautiful, surrounded by nature and fresh air, perfect for a romantic walking. Bottom line, we had the weekend that the doctors recommend :-) We wish we could stay a little more...
We definitively recommend this house to our friends and everyone who come to visit South Florida.
