Luxury 2nd floor condo in Pavilion Watch complex with pool, hot tub, tennis courts & elevator. The interior features hardwood floors, spacious rooms, wireless internet, and a 50 inch plasma TV in the living room. The large deck has outdoor table and chairs with an unobstructed view of the ocean. 3 bedrooms, each with private bath. Master bedroom has king bed and French doors opening to the balcony The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and all new mattresses and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer. Located in the heart of Folly Beach across the street from the beach, and within easy walking distance of pier, shops and restaurants. Only 20 minutes to historic Charleston where visitors can enjoy a variety of activities, great restaurants, and shopping. Golfers have many courses to choose from in the Charleston and Kiawah areas. Great location!: There is paved beach access directly in front of the property. You can park your car in a covered space and walk to some great restaurants and shops in Folly Beach. Also within walking distance are the post office, bike rental sites, the Folly Beach fishing pier, and mini-markets where you can buy most food items or that toothbrush you forgot to pack! It is only about a 15 minute drive to Charleston where you can experience all that this wonderful, historic city has to offer.

The condo was in good condition and had a great layout. The 3 bedrooms each with their own bath was nice. Also, a television in each room was a plus. The view from the balcony was great.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great location

We had a great time! The location was perfect: convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops, and so close to Charleston! We were very comfortable; the condo is well furnished, clean and well equipped. We returned one evening to discover that the air conditioner was not working. I called Cheryl and within 45 minutes a repairman arrived and made some adjustments to the unit; it worked beautifully the rest of our stay. We tried several of the restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The Crab Shack was our favorite, we also enjoyed Ritas and the Shrimp Company. We would definitely return and would recommend this rental to others.
Owner's Response: We are so sorry that you had the maintenance issue, but we do try to make repairs promptly. Our guests are very important to us. So glad you enjoyed your time at the beach and we look forward to your return.

Great Place and Great Time!

The condo was exactly as described. Very Clean and spacious, Great View of the ocean right across the road. It was a great set up for my 2 college age kids, mother in law and the wife and I. Cheryl was great to work with in getting keys and communicating with me regarding my stay and answering any questions I had. We walked the short distance to downtown Folly Beach each night for dinner. I would buy groceries before I got to Folly if you wanted to eat in. We did that for breakfast and lunch most days. there is a spacious kitchen to prepare your food. I'd get up early and go for a walk on the bach early in the am.. beautiful and clean beach, warm water.. not busy during the week when we were there. We drove the short distance into Charleston and did the carriage ride tour, we also toured the USS Yorktown and the Fort. I'd recommend this place to anyone.. we had a great time and everyone enjoyed it alot.

What a Blast

This was our 2nd stay in this condo. We were there in August, 2011 and then for the Cooper River Bridge Run this past weekend. We had such a good time. The condo was perfect, the weather was great and trip turned out be so much fun.

We will definitely be inquiring on this condo in the future, as it is so close to everything and provides the right amount of space for our group. Thanks for allowing us to use the condo once again. We will definitely be back.

Good times had by all.....

We rented this condo for our annual "group" beach trip that we have been taking for about 7 years now. We wanted to try something new so we chose Folly and couldn't have been more pleased. The condo was fabulous for 6 of us and a small child. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and close to center city - we could walk everywhere. The condo had a very "homey" feel to it and we were comfortable within minutes of being there.

I would highly recommend this condo and Folly Beach. Our group will definitely be back. We are already counting down to next year.

FYI - we were there during Hurricane Irene and other than the power going out on the Island we were barely affected. We made the best of the one rainy day we had!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children
