COZY GROUND FLOOR CONDO STEPS FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO

The condo was great for our family of 6 during Spring Break. It was quiet and away from all the noise and traffic. We found the unit exactly as it was described and there was enough bed space for everyone. We used it as our home base to explore the beach and the surrounding area. The location was excellent! We were directly across from the beach and next door to a great ice cream/coffee shop. Thirty more steps took us to two other restaurants. We couldn't ask for more! The kids loved the beach toys provided by the owner, and my wife and I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Dinner on our first night at the Pass a Grille Grill on the beach as the sun set was like something off a postcard! We can't wait to go back!

We fell in love with Pass-A-Grille Beach. Our condo was clean, comfortable and filled with everything you could possibly want for a perfect vacation get-away. From beach chairs, beach umbrellas, air mattresses, sand buckets and blender, this condo had it all. Between the restaurants, bars, art galleries, clothing stores and ice cream shop, we were never bored. If you venture out just a few miles you can explore Fort DeSoto Park, go para-sailing, or take a boat ride to Egmont Key. We even took a 1 hour soap making class in downtown St. Petersburg, which was really fun. I would recommend this condo to anyone that enjoys the beach, beautiful sunsets and a town full of interesting shops, galleries and people. Thank you Leesa for a wonderful week.

Our vacation at your Condo was wonderful. We had 4 adults and two kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. I loved that we could catch the trolley and ride it to everywhere we wanted to go. We went out to eat, shopped for food and went to Johns Pass( which is a great tourist shopping area). There are also great restaurants that are easily walked to as well as one being in the same building as the condo. A coffee and icecream shop is right next door. So while we were there we didn't have to use our car. That was a great feature for us. We loved being right across the street from the beach and the beach is awesome. At night we would sit up on the balcony, and watch the sunset. A very relaxing and peaceful place. The amenities were above and beyond. The Condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a vacation on the beach. There were chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella etc. Lets just say we wanted for nothing because this place had it. We would highly recommend your condo and will definitely be back.
