Panama City Beach is one of America's finest white sand beaches. Our new-in-2005, fully furnished beachfront 12th floor condo at Emerald Isle has 2 big bedrooms, a 51 inch flat screen TV and queen fold-out sofa in the living room area, complete kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, etc., dining area, and the largest beach- and gulf-view balcony on the beach ... 10' x 27' (270 sq. ft.!) with table, chairs and loungers. The condo is an end unit. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted TV's. All TV's also are equipped with DVD and VHS players. Both bedrooms have their own large bathrooms (tub & shower) and walk-in closets. Enjoy gulf views from the kitchen, dining area, living room area, master bedroom and bathroom. The gulf and beach views from the balcony are a full 180 degrees. Dolphins swim by and put on acrobatic shows on a regular basis. The sunsets are phenomenal ... as are the stars. You're going to love this place!!

Our stay was fantasic! The condo was bright, clean and had everything that we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We were able to see gorgeous sunsets everynight and the ocean was so clear we could watch small schools of fish, stingrays and dolphins swimming by. We especially loved watching the dolphins. Our vacation was wonderful and our memories will last a lifetime!

What a Find!

I lived in Miami for several years, and have spent little time in the Florida Panhandle, but I will now! The condo is exactly as pictured-- spacious and comfortable with a generous-sized deck. It was quiet, spotless and well-provisioned with small appliances, cookware, and towels. It was like staying in a friend's home (only better). The only minor annoyance was not being told by security at check-in that ALL non-resident parking was across the street. There is a covered bridge to the lot, however. The owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with and we will definitely be back.

This condo was beautiful. The furnishing were top knotch, the view was incredible and everything you could need was right at your fingertips. We look forward to possibly staying here again in the future. The owners were terrific to work with. Very hospitable.

Spring Break 2009 Vacation

This condo is gorgeous and had all the amenities anyone could ask for. It is in a very nice location - great family place, quiet and low key, close to the new shopping strip and off of the beaten path from all the teenage spring breakers!

No hassle check in, the condo was very clean upon arrival as was the surrounding property, both pools and hot tub. Balcony is great to watch the sunset and to just relax.

I would definitely consider this condo as top choice should/when we vacation in this area again.
