Beach Block charming Cape Cod features two master bedrooms, full bath, living room with two pull out couches and ceiling fan, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. Upstairs has a dorm area with two double beds, one twin bed, one twin cot, bedroom with double bed and 1/2 bath on the second floor. Screened patio, enclosed outside shower, picnic area with benches, picnic table w/umbrella, lounge swing with awning, gas grille, tacky patio lights. All linens included. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach blanket and towels also included. All rooms have window ac units. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, upstairs and down. Large selection of movies, games and books. Also Nintendo upstairs. Our family vacations yearly with another family and we especially enjoy the set-up which accommodates all the children upstairs and adults enjoy the downstairs. There is lots of off street parking. Washer & Dryer included.

This property was perfect for my large family. It was fully equipped with everything you could need for the beach and to just relax in. My children loved the accomodations. Only one block from the beach and walking distance to the Boardwalk and piers. I would highly recommend this vacation home and hope to continue to rent it every summer.
