Newly built house on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Bright and cheery Cape with farmer's porch overlooking Paugus Bay is the perfect retreat for family and friends. This 2,400 sq. ft. house has all the comforts of home including plasma tv, Jacuzzi tub in master bath, fireplace, W/D, full kitchen amenities, gas grill, rec room and comfortable rooms to entertain or just relax. Enjoy the view from the front porch and listen to the Loons. The pool and tennis courts are a short walk. Steps away are a sandy beach and picnic tables. Cruise the lake aboard the M/S Mt. Washington or ride the Hobo railroad. Walking trails and basketball courts on premises. Area attractions include hiking, golf, jet ski rentals, mini golf, water slide, great restaurants and shopping at the Tilton outlets just 20 minutes away. There is something to keep everyone entertained.

This house made our vacation perfect! We stayed here for a week last summer. The location is great, being almost on the lake. The golf cart in the garage can take you to the beach or the pool. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us, so we all had our own spaces. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It was so pleasant just sitting on the front porch, always a beautiful breeze off the lake. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation spot. It's close to all the Weirs Beach attractions, yet in a quiet peaceful spot.

My family and I felt very at home in this beautiful house. The house was everything we could have expected and we had a lovely time. The amenities of the neighborhood were great. We loved packing up the golf cart and heading to the beaches or the pool. It was a fantastic vacation, only wished we had brought bocce balls for the neighborhood court. A 10 out of 10.
