LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE HOUSE WITH POOL, TENNIS, BEACH AND MUCH MORE!

This house is ideal for some friends or two families to enjoy the lake and all the comforts of home and more. Close to all attractions but enough space to relax and enjoy the wonders of the lake. We cooked in each night with the fully stocked kitchen. We went to the drive in movies, ice cream at the Kellerhaus, Zip line and even the NASCAR time trails. The kids enjoyed the movies at the house and the chess set or board games. Sit and read in the reading room or on the front porch with a limited veiws of the lake. Enjoy enjoy enjoy!!

We just returned from a wonderful week at this lovely lake house on Paugus Bay. The house is just beautiful; open, spacious, very clean, well equipped and comfortable! There is plenty of room to spread out, yet comfortable areas in which to be together. The location is superb. You can walk to a very nice sandy beach, or a private pool. In addition there is a golf cart to transport you to either location, which was fun! We took walks around the community everyday, and regretted not taking our bikes because it would be so safe and pleasant to ride around the area. Day trips to the Lake Region, or the White Mountain area are easy to do. We took our 2 year old grandson to Story Land, and he had a great time (we did too)! On the way back we stopped at North Conway and on another day we went to the Tanger outlets in Tilton. Most of all, we just loved enjoying the house and the amenities.
Our last night we had a scrumptious seafood dinner at the Ossippee Inn in Laconia. In all, it was a relaxing enjoyable week, and we all hated to leave. I would definitely choose this property for another vacation.

Our family of six has been lucky enough to rent this beautiful home! (In fact, we are repeat renters!) The house is beautifully decorated and amazingly comfortable with a fabulous open floor plan on the first floor. There is so much space - space to cook, dine, watch television, read, and relax. With two family room areas on the first floor, we had more than enough space! Our children loved the double set of bunk beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms and thoroughly enjoyed the “kid cave”, a bonus television room off their bedroom. There is also a beautiful second bedroom upstairs as well. My husband and I loved the master bedroom and the master bath was luxuriously large and gorgeous. The house is clean and new. You will love it! We walked to the water almost every evening and you are a short walk to the tennis courts. The gated community is perfect to exercise! The walking/running routes are many and varied. We walked and ran every day we were there. A few of our favorite spots: O and the Lake House are our favorite restaurants. The Wine-ing Butcher is fabulous for meat, cheese, wine and beer. The Melt-Away Cafe has the best ice cream and Piche’s has everything you need for sporting equipment!
