This Non Smoking Unit boasts a beautiful, furnished screened-in lanai, vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile baths, eat in fully equipped kitchen ,washer and dryer in unit, central air and ceiling fans. The unit was newly furnished this year. The Condo is only available for monthly rentals.

Activities!: When we visit the condo we pack lots of sunscreen along with our rollerblades as the property has newly paved running walking or bike trails. We are close to alot of the beaches but our fav is Barefoot Beach.It has the most beautiful shells and nature trails and of coarse the Zoo! If you like Golf there are several good coarses to choose from within walking distance.If golf isn't your thing and Tennis or Bacci Ball is.... well your in luck as it's right on property ! Did you see the picture of our pool? We have the most beautiful heated pool , complete with an Island inthe middle and a club house where you can partake in a friendly game of cards with other Snowbirds. Monday night is Bingo night, so save your pennies!

Food: We love to eat so here are a few of our choices,Carabas is our Favorite but we aren't the only ones who love this restaurant so call ahead to book or your in for a wait. In downtown Naples we love Yabba for fresh fish, sit outside the people watching view is unbeatable, then stroll down a few stores for an Icecream and continue down 5th to shop.

Beaches!: There are many to choose from in Naples. Our favorite is Barefoot beach and is about 30 min away. The beach at the Ritz is also great to shell on.

My overall experience with the condo was great.
It is a very clean beautiful unit with high ceilings that make the rooms feel very open and spacious.
The location in the complex was wonderful, just off the tennis courts and steps to the most gorgeous pool I have ever seen!

The condo was also very close to the downtown 5th ave. shops and great restaurants. Also, I am not really a beach person but it was also close to Naples Beach if you so choose. My husband is a golfer and had his pick of great courses nearby. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Thoroughly enjoy my visit to South Florida and my stay at the condo. Near the golf course and all the amenities and sites of South Florida and Naples. The unit was clean and very comfortable and certainly made me feel totally at home. Look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It is clean, comfortable and roomy. The mountain views from the rooms are beautiful and the pools in the sports center are great! Hopefully we can come back again next year.
