Casita - 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s) - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 2-4)

Casa de los Osos is a fully remodeled 850 square foot casita connected to an older adobe structure that dates to the 1860s. Extreme care and attention to detail went into the recent restoration of this structure and it is outfitted with new high-end appliances and furnishings.

Upon entering the space, one is immediately taken by the quaint Southwest styling and the luxurious finishes. You can relax in the large 7’ slipper tub or enjoy an evening in front of the kiva fireplace, and with the beautiful year-round weather found in Santa Fe, you can enjoy a glass of wine while barbecuing on the private outdoor patio. The layout of the casita affords privacy yet is secure and is easily accessible with direct off-street parking. And for all you Texans, we just installed air conditioning!

We stayed for five nights over the New Year's holiday and had a lovely experience. The casita is warm and comfortable and extremely well-maintained. Even better than the pictures! The property owners ensured a smooth transaction and our stay was extremely pleasant. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Santa Fe - it's an easy walk to Canyon Road and the plaza and museums in town.

Terrific week at this casita. Everything you'd need to prepare dinner or warm up your leftovers. Canyon Road right down the block; downtown Santa Fe walking distance to the Plaza. Lots of shopping, restaurants, activities. Never felt like we were the downstaiors of a larger home. If you have AT&T cell service beware-I had to go to end of driveway to make calls but the excellent wifi makes up for it.

Perfect in every way

We are from the UK and we stayed at this wonderful casita as we had booked tickets for the Santa Fe opera. In previous years we have stayed at a Best Western, a Courtyard by Marriott and the Inn on the Alameda. This last hotel was lovely, but staying for a week in this casita was even better. We loved sitting out on the patio, all the space inside and the walk to the Plaza.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
