Our condo is located on Alii Drive, directly across from the Ocean with Great views of the Entire Beach. Walk to restaurants and shops. Jazz and live Hawaiian music nightly 3 blocks away. This is a new condo with 8 foot doors throughout and 9 foot ceilings. There is a Very Good Sleeping King bed in master, Same Deep Sleep Queen bed in guest room and a sleeper sofa in living room. Hopefully, the pictures give you the information you need. Great vacation condo! Please feel free to call or email us with any questions. All pictures are current. 30% discount on 2nd week.

THE ONLY CONDO FOR US!!!!!!!

We have been coming to Kona for over 28 years and stay for 6 to 8 weeks at a time. We have stayed in MANY nice properties but this property is by far the most perfect condo of all!! We have a storage unit in town and the only things we need to bring out are our personal items, for this condo has everything we need right down to boogie boards and pool noodles.We have a lot of friends in Kona and entertain a lot of the time we are here, cook, BBQ, play cards etc.There is plenty of space inside and out on the lanai! This condo is perfectly located across the street from the ocean and when we don't want to cook we can walk a short distance to downtown Kailua to eat, listen to some outside music and island shop.This property has (TWO) seperate entrances and exits for convenance.You can enter and exit this property from Alii Drive and from the rear of the property on to Walua. So whether we want to go North to the resorts or South to the volcano it's easy! And above all this condo was extremely clean and very comfortable and it is nice having the bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo!! We have already booked again for in June and next year!!!

Perfect Place to Stay

Being a prior resident of Kona, this is a perfect place to stay. It's right across the street from Honl's Beach, has the perfect view from the lanai, and the picture of the lanai on this site doesn't do it justice. The lanai is absolutely large, even has a shade that rolls down during sundown...but who doesn't want to see the beautiful Kona sunsets? The kitchen has absolutely everything you need and more, except I added a coffee grinder. But the granite countertops, same coffee maker as I have at home, it was perfect. The only thing is there is only a/c in the master bedroom, for those of you who can't handle the afternoon humidity. The 2nd bedroom didn't have an a/c unit. But other than that I think this is a perfect place, 1st floor unit. No stair climbing, great for people who have issues climbing stairs. I'm planning my trip here for summer 2009.

Pictures do not do this property justice... it is lovely, spacious and very pleasant. great amenities are provided.
