This is a first-floor luxury condo. It is a end-unit, with water views from all windows. The views of Indian River Bay, White Creek, and wetlands are outstanding. Sunrise and sunset can be seen from the screened-in porch, living room and bedroom in summer. You are a one-minute walk to the beach on White Creek, with a view of Indian River Bay. Sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, and other water activities are available. The community has a 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, fitness center and a boat ramp. Enjoy the screened-in porch, watching the waterfowl. Egrets and deer are very abundant, especially at dawn and dusk. The interior has been professionally decorated in a comfortable cottage style. The Condo is handicap-accessible. No smoking and no pets, please.

If you like to shop, the Rehoboth Beach factory outlets are 20 minutes away, with about 140 stores. If you go on the water, there is a boat ramp, and kayak rental. If you have a larger (more than 21-foot) boat, Bethany Bay community has an association with the near-by marina. If you prefer nature walks, the community borders protected wetlands, Delaware Seashore State Park is only minutes away. There are miles of ocean beaches. (Note: the Google map seems centered on 2202 Harbor Drive, not 3302. We are on the north side, facing the water.)

Daily reservations must be paid in full in advance. Weekly reservations require a 50% deposit and balance due 30 days before check-in. Personal checks accepted until 30 days before the reservation date.

A Home Away From Home

What a truely homey and relaxing get away. This beautiful condo is everything you could wish for, especially the wonderful views. The peaceful atmosphere and homey feel is everything you could ask for. The pool and numerous golf courses nearby are added advantage to the nearby beaches. The town of Bethany has many great places to eat yet it is not commercialized.

Wonderful vacation condo for young family

The condo was a great space for our family of four. There were lots of games and books that our 3-year old enjoyed and Fred and Betsy had a crib available for a 8-week old baby. We got a lot of use out of the kitchen and dining area and really enjoyed the great views. It had everything we needed. Plus, it was close to grocery stores and a short drive to numerouse beaches. We loved it!

Our time at the condo was very relaxing,the neighbors were friendly. It was a very welcome break from the responsibilities of home. Although the condo is away from the beach everything was very accessible. We found it actually to be perfectly located. Turn right for O.C. turn left for Rehobeth.
We are glad to have had the pleasure of staying here, and look forward to returning next year.

Perfect, Peaceful Vacation!

We're a family of 4 with kids aged 9 and 4 and we had a fantastic vacation here! Eating on the screened porch with the peaceful wetlands as the view, herons flying by, great community pool and tennis courts, a short ride to the beach in Bethany, an even shorter ride to a nearby marina where we had a fun boat outing. The condo itself was perfect for our family - clean, well-equipped, comfortable, with movies, games, etc. Would highly recommend this rental!
