|Minimum Stay||2 - 7 nights|
This is a first-floor luxury condo. It is a end-unit, with water views from all windows. The views of Indian River Bay, White Creek, and wetlands are outstanding. Sunrise and sunset can be seen from the screened-in porch, living room and bedroom in summer. You are a one-minute walk to the beach on White Creek, with a view of Indian River Bay. Sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, and other water activities are available. The community has a 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, and a boat ramp.
Enjoy the screened-in porch, watching the waterfowl. Egrets and deer are very abundant, especially at dawn and dusk.
The interior has been professionally decorated in a comfortable cottage style.
The Condo is handicap-accessible.
No smoking and no pets, please.
Once again or stay was perfect! Year three was as wonderful as our first visit. Thank you for sharing & going out of your way for our schedule. - three women for a long week-end
My wife and grandchildren (2) ages (4) and (9). Had a wonderful time. The peace and quiet were great, and also the views. Watched birds and deer from the back porch so nice. Very short walk to the bay where we found new things to explore every time we went down. We will surely be back.
We had a great time at this condo! We walked to the bay nearly everyday. The pool in the complex was wonderful to help cool off. We visited both Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island State Park. Fenwick was a great, peaceful beach that my family thoroughly enjoyed. Fred had so many great suggestions on where to visit and eat. We made so many great memories and hope to come back to visit Bethany again!
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. I felt it was bigger than it looks in the pictures, plenty of room for our family. The bathrooms were big and clean. Being a first floor condo, we could occasionally hear the people upstairs walking around, but it was not bothersome. The community is very nice, we were able to enjoy the pool a few times, they even had a 4th of July party with lots of games for the kids which was a blast. Everything you might need is just a few minutes away, grocery stores, banks, liquor store, ice cream shop, and even a Fractured Prune (donut shop - yum!). The beaches are not far either, but getting there and back was quite a chore on what was probably the busiest weekend of the summer - one day we gave up on the beach after 45 minutes in the car and turned around to go back to the pool. Traffic and parking in town were the only negatives on this vacation.
We all absolutely LOVED staying in the Condo!! The owners thought of everything! many helpful tips as far as beaches( loved Fenwick Island state park and Delaware seashore park!) , restaurants ( we loved Bethany Blues), things to do.. and the views.. amazing! from almost all sides! the sunsets especially.. but also the sunrises!. My husband and I and our 2 teenagers had plenty of room and the house was fully stocked with everything we could need! we enjoyed playing games out on the screened in porch and the kids rented bikes and rode them all around the complex! We HIGHLY recommend this house as a great family vacation spot! we would come here every year if we could!

Our second stay at this wonderful condo.We have2 toddlers, one was under the weather..we were so glad we chose this great spot because we spent most of our time down on the inlet shore (1 min walk), or with our oldest at the pool. The girls also love the playground and bird watching. We went on frequent "crab hunts" with the kids too....they LOVE all the authentic sea life at the inlet shore. Mussels, barnacles, horseshoe crabs....it's a true adventure for all of us. I could only complain that our week stay was too short!
We will rent this place until the end of time...it's absolutely perfect!
The Allen Family
This is a terrific and spacious condo with excellent views and is very well kept. We never had a problem getting to the beach and traffic wasn't difficult at all. I recommend Delaware Seashore State Park to the north of Bethany if you are looking for a less crowded beach. The pool at the condo is great as well. While the unit itself does not have wireless internet, the community center next to the pool does have it. Kool Beans cafe (on the way to the beach) is great for breakfast. Dickens Parlour Theatre is also pretty neat if you are looking for something different and is really good for kids. All in all it is one of the nicer places we have stayed.
If you like to shop, the Rehoboth Beach factory outlets are 20 minutes away, with about 140 stores. If you go on the water, there is a boat ramp, and kayak rental. If you have a larger (more than 21-foot) boat, Bethany Bay community has an association with the near-by marina. If you prefer nature walks, the community borders protected wetlands, Delaware Seashore State Park is only minutes away. There are miles of ocean beaches.
Other Activities: kayaking, wildlife viewing, outdoor pool, basketball court, fitness center/gym
Golf: The community has a 9-hole public golf course (fee not included in the rental price). It is a target course, with water the greatest hazard, slope 90, rating 56, 8.
