You will enjoy the private wedge wood owners pool and playing golf because Barefoot resort is one of the most requested upscale resorts. Where else can you stay and play golf with renowned designer names as Love, Fazio, Dye and Norman and yet be only 2 miles from the beach. Enjoy luxury accommodations with full amenities, world class dining and shopping at Barefoot Landing, an evening at the House of Blues or simply a lazy afternoon at the pool or take the free shuttle to the beach that has a cabana for bathrooms and rinsing off the sand. The condo boasts la eather sofa bed and high end bedroom and dining room furniture. It is elegant, quiet, charming and close to everything. The porch is completely screened in to keep out the evening bugs. Has full linens and free washer and dryer. Enjoy tennis courts and basketball courts on the property or a quiet walk around the area. Enjoy shows such as Dolly Parton's rodeo dinner show or Cirque de Sole or a Medieval Dinner show.

Condo just as description. Excellent location. Condo very clean and would definitely recommend accommodation. Owner friendly and helpful. We all had a wonderful time.
Owner's Response: Im sure your family will enjoy our home as much as our family. It is their favorite vacation place with all the amenities of home. You will find to have board games, books, and all the cooking items you could possible need! Home away from home.

Good Accommodations

My family and I don't golf but that didn't stop us from having an enjoyable week at this property. We especially liked the beach shuttle and not having to find/pay for parking. The only down side to the shuttle was that there was no noon pick-up so you could end up spending longer at the beach than you initially wanted. Good time and nice accommodations.

Too nice...kids didn't want to leave the room!!!

Very nice and well maintained room and property. The room was stocked with most everything we could possibly need (even a washer and dryer in the unit, which was a very unexpected and nice surprise!) and was extremely clean and family-friendly. The property owner was very easy to reach and communicate with, and was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. The Barefoot Landing location was perfect, and the shuttle to the beach made my children not even realize that we were not staying directly on the beach (one suggestion for the resort owners though...benches at the shuttle stops...the heat was very hard on older visitors waiting). And my husband swears the main resort pool was the nicest pool he has ever been in due to the salt water instead of chlorine. I believe we spent more time there than at the actual beach! Making a left turn out of the resort, there was a brand new and immaculate Bi-Lo grocery store which was awesome, as it helped us avoid having to shop at Wal-Mart!!! And having a grocery so near saved us quite a bit of $$$, as we didn't have to eat out quite as much. All in all, despite the rainy weather, we had a fabulous vacation due to being in such a nice location. As a matter of fact, my children on our last day were given the choice of going to an amusement park, but instead they chose (no, actually they begged...) to go back to our room. As I said, almost too nice of a place. Thanks so much for everything!

p.s.--if you get the chance on your trip, we went to Calabash and took the Hurricane dolphin tour, and my kids said it was the coolest thing they have ever done. And it was my favorite part of the trip by far also! Awesome and worth the 20 minute drive! Loved it!
