This villa is a private home located in a residential area and is within minutes from beaches, restaurants, local bus transportation into the main city of Castries, car rentals, and a shopping mall. Also within the mall, there is KFC, Burger King, grocery store, bakery, deli, drug store, wine, Cuban cigars, and party shop. This spacious single family dwelling overlooks Rodney Bay Marina, the Caribbean sea and also the island of Martinique can be seen from the bedroom terrace balcony on bright sunny days. It is fully equipped and comes with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and appliances. This is a beautifully decorated three bed rooms with one queen and two full size beds. The villa sleeps six person comfortably with living room, family room area, cable television, telephone, washer, Air condition and ceiling fans.
