Great places to eat in town. Foster's Steak house and the Italian Farmhouse, owned by the Common Man Inn, are both close. The Polar Caves are 3 miles from the house. Newfound Lake is 11 miles. Plymouth State University: Our rental is approximately 3 miles from Plymouth State University. It is a great house for renting during graduations or any other occasion/event at the University.

Tenney Mountain: Tenney Mountain ski lifts are only a short walk from the house.

Hiking and water rafting.: Our rental is close to the white mountains and the Pemigewasset river.

Other Activities: tubing, rafting, hiking

The condo is a great place to vacation. Tenney Mountain is a family orientated place with friendly service and reasonable rates. This condo is located on a small cul-de-sac and has beautiful views. It is a little walk to the lifts and base but the close location gives you the option of going back for lunch or a rest by the fire. The condo is very comfortable and equipped with all the things you need for a great vacation. Would highly recommend.

Feb. School Vacation 2005: We had the vacation of our lives, from the outstanding, comfortable, accommodations to the best skiing ever. There's nothing like spending time with your family and dear friends and having it all be perfect. We can't wait to go back to 12 Dodge Road, there is a lot of great laughs and memories there. BTW: Banana Cream Pie at "The Pie Guy" is a must.

This condo (more like a house!) was absolutely beautiful. Loads of fun and for a reasonable price. We had such a good time & hope to return next winter.

Beautiful condo home equipped with everything you need...All you need is food, friends and family to share the big house with. Better than staying at a hotel. Very relaxing atmosphere and pure mountain fresh air. Great place to rent for any occasion, winter,summer fall or even spring...This get away place is a home away from home. Had an awesome time!!! :)

BEAUTIFUL home. Turn key rental. All you need is your food, a camera and a desire to have a great time. Very reasonable rental fees and renters are most hospitable. You will not be disappointed.
