The hard line telephone offers unlimited calling, but bring your answering machine if you want one. Suitability: SpruceLedge Cabin is only available for rent to people who are responsible and generally at least 25 years of age. The cabin is suitable for anyone who is able to walk up and down a secure, well built, woodsy, nighttime-illuminated, 74-step pedestrian riverbank stairway/ramp system (see photos), or an adjacent gravel trail of about 150-feet in length varying from 0-20% in slope (approximate). Therefore, though having a spectacular view, private access to the water and modern amenities, the property may not be suitable for anyone needing close supervision or who is physically infirm; so please ask about your own circumstances.
