Special Reduced Rates-Awesome Condo-Heart of the Beach

Great place to stay close to beach and other locations. Tried fishing in Bay did catch any but fun. Beach across street never hard to find a beach spot and sand in good clean condition. Condo had everything needed did have to get more Laundry and dish soap to last a week. Hallway of condo kind of smells and needs some kind of decorations or improvement but that is not the condo owners fault. Mostly stayed around condo area did not get to involved in all the activities in area. Flounders was one of the better restaurants for the price. Shaggys overcharge for the portion size so I thought. Peg leg Pete's was good also. Thanks penny

My best friend and I stayed for a week from 6/15/12 to 6/22/12. Penny is so easy to do business with, and she is immediate in her responses. Everything is just as advertised and in pictures!! It's a perfect location!! We are beach lovers, considering we can do the pool at home. So we easily walked across the street with ease, and we were on the beach. We were extremely fortunate to have perfect weather during our stay, not a drop of rain. The place was just perfect for the two of us. It is exceptionally nice and clean. We felt as though we were in our home away from home.

We enjoyed the balcony in the early morning and late evening. The people who live there on a regular basis are very friendly, and you feel like you are at home. The area is not extremely populated, but yet, we were just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. We took advantage of the free beach trolley, which is a great asset. We indulged at Peg Leg Pete's, just down the street, less than a mile (go early or the wait will be long), and another amazing place is the new restaurant, Shaggy's (which was a suggestion by the trolley driver). Shaggy's is located near the Boardwalk area, and the food is amazing!!!

We went into Pensacola for day, and we had a great time. A must is Joe Patti's Seafood Market!!! We felt extremely privilged as the actual Mr. Patti (Frank) just happened to stop by, and we got to meet and hug him on his way out. Sweetest man ever!!! Amazing fresh seafood at amazing prices!!

Absolutely love this area, and Penny's condo is the perfect place, especially for a couple or a couple of best friends for more than 20 years, like us. Everything we needed was there, and parking the car under a covered area, awesome.

Your Two Biggest Fans from Nashville!!!!

From the moment we walked into this unit we felt right at home. Everything is bright and clean with views of both the Gulf and intercoastal from the deck. The photos don't do the location justice and you will not be disappointed. Your only a short walk to activities and places to eat yet relaxing and quiet around the unit. Having a carport was a nice spot to park out of the sun and was really nice for storing our beach chairs, towels and bikes. Fort Pickens is one of the best natural beaches we have ever seen and it is only a few minute bike ride or drive west. The Fort also made a great place to photograph the Blue Angels, which we did two days in a row. We also watched them from the top of the Pensacola light house and on the flight line of the Navy base which is only about a 20 minute drive around the bay. There is plenty to see and do and the location of this unit puts you in the heart of a very special place. Whether you like a groomed public beach, a natural beach, Gulf fishing, bird watching, biking, air shows or US history you will love the area and this is the perfect place to stay while exploring. We did not want to leave but we will be back.
