Thanks a million
We were told on December 23 that the house we rented in DC was "double booked" and we had no place to stay for our vacation starting December 26. DISASTER. The folks at the Rita Marie bookd me on super short notice, made themselves available throughtout the Christmas holiday, and were lifesavers. Thank you thank you.
The house was great. Big and perfect for our group of 7. It could use a fresh coat of paint in places, and the upstairs bathwater didn't get very hot, but these were minor compared to the convenience and fun of the place. It was city living, but we never felt uncomforable.
Our family sang kareoke, played the video games, walked to the metro everyday, cooked in the kitchen, and felt righ at home. This is far superior to a hotel for us, and I would stay again anytime.
Stay at the Rita Marie and have a ball.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your stay, we were happy to be able to assist you on your short notice. The scuffs on the walls are from visitors marking them up with their luggage, we don'r charge them for that, but we will be painting in the coming months. If someone was taking a shower on the 2nd floor pressure and tempeture will be effected on the 3rd floor like any other home. Thank you for your business, and please tell all your friends and family what a great experience you had with us!!! :^)
