We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and we loved the decor. It was well stocked with everything you can imagine. The cooler came in handy. View of the pool was nice. Owner was helpful and friendly. The only drawbacks (which were very minor) was the bedroom didn't cool down with just fans like the living/kitchen did, but we chose to forgoe turning on the air anyway. The checkout time was a little early, 11:00 would have been better. We would highly recommend to a couple with no children or just 1.

My husband and I recently visited Maui and stayed in this condo. Courtney was wonderful to deal with and when we missed our flight, she was so helpful in working with us for a little longer. The condo is very clean and very fun to stay in. I love the decor! My two year old daughter couldn't get over the "turtles in the pool". (The pool is tiled with turtles in the bottom.) It is within walking distance to the beach and shopping. I would recommend this location to anyone! When we return to Maui, we will definitely be staying here again. LOVED the place!

Best Lodging Value on Maui

This was our 4th trip to Maui and we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this unit in Kalama Terrace. Kihei is the most central, affordable, tourist friendly area on the island and this property and especially this unit is a great value. The property is in the middle of S. Kihei a couple of block back from Charlie Young beach (back from the main street and all the related noise and traffic) and a couple blocks either way to the shopping and dining areas (and their related noise and traffic). The unit is perfect for 2 or 3 people and is configured in a very efficient way making it feel bigger than it is. We especially loved the fact that ours was one of only a handful of units that faced the courtyard so our lanai overlooking the pool was private and quiet and the tops of the trees helped screen us from the other building. The laundry is at the bottom of the stairs and is modern and very clean - the entire property is very clean and well maintained. We had a great time and plan on returning next year. We heartily recommend this unit/property. Nick & Linda.
