This is a very comfortable 1,450 square foot home w/ 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. There are two second floor bedrooms & one on the 1st floor. There is a wonderful wrap around porch for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail, reading,board games or just watching the deer. Kids will enjoy the big back yard for playing & ROASTING MARSHMALLOWS IN THE FIRE PIT! Just about everything is within a short walk or bike ride away. The area is quiet and safe - a perfect location for you and your family! Enjoy preparing meals in the well stocked kitchen.
Awesome skiing, golf, biking & boating are right here! Nubs Nob and Boyne ski resorts are just 10 minutes away. Ski all day and sleep in town to enjoy the local flavor, shopping & restaurants. Great restaurants include The New York, The Pier, Pointer Room, Turkeys, The Depot, Mustang Wendy's & The Fish. Wonderful shopping is just steps away, yet you are on a quiet private street with little traffic.

SNOW SKIING: Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands are a 10 minute drive from here! CROSS COUNTRY SKIING is available at Nubs and Boyne as well as Birchwood (about 5 minutes away) and many other areas.
GOLF: There are many golf courses nearby: Harbor Point, Little Traverse Bay Golf Course, Boyne, Chestnut Valley, and many many more!
BOATING: You can bring your own boat and put in just a few blocks from this house and enjoy wonderful days on Little Traverse Bay - fishing, sailing, water skiing, tubing or wake boarding. If available, you can leave the boat in the water at the public docks - they operate on a first come/first serve basis. There are cruises on The Pointer to the sights from the water. As far as I know, there are no boat rentals available in HarborSprings.
BIKING: Northern Michigan is ledgendary for it's biking. Bring your own bikes or rent one just a block from the house. There is serious and not-so-serious mountain biking close by, as well as some of the most scenic roads for road biking...or just cruise the area and enjoy the sights.
PRICING: The pricing section of this website is a bit confusing, so let me explain. I rent only by the week in the summers - June 15 to Sept 15. It is $1,995 per week, with a premium added for July 4th, Regatta Week, Memorial Day and Labor Day. The weeks from December 20 to Jan 6 are also premium weeks. Off season I rent by the week or weekend with a three day minimum. The monthly rate is only offered for longer term off season rentals. Ski Season: I offer the full season at a very very good rate and I can explain this in more detail at your request.
