Best Place To Be In Cocoa Beach

WOW! From the moment I contacted Alice and Tom about the rental until the very sad moment we had to leave our stay was perfect! In the general areas the property is very well maintained. The employees are very helpful with directions, and/or services in the area.
The condo itself was very nice. It is very well maintained and stocked with the little extras that make a vacation perfect. Everything was in great working order. In case there was a problem,(we did not have any) I had either the supplies to fix it or had the info to contact the correct person. We never felt we were left alone if we needed help or information, although this was over the holidays so staff was limited.
Our children's ages were 6 to 14. There was so much for them to do it was hard to leave for site seeing. But that was another great point for this condo, it"s location is perfect to go to the Kennedy Space Center, the Bevard Zoo, or Port Canaveral.
Tom and Alice went the extra mile to make my children's Christmas extra special, they are still talking about it.
When we vacation again we will not waste our time on searching for other condos or hotels in the area. I believe this is the perfect place for a family to rent from. We had direct access to the beach and pooI which made it seem very private. And that is another great point. This condo is on the first floor with the best access to the pool and beach, but because of the design of the building you are never bothered by other guests using these areas.
This condo is a great value for the location and the amenities that it provides.
Thank You Tom and Alice for a great holiday experiance we will never forget! Hope to see you again in 2011!
