The Hemingway Suite IS the third floor and features a huge room with a gas fireplace, a wet bar with sink, cabinets, and a small refrigerator, coffee machine, sitting area, a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, Cable TV, separate heating/air conditioning zone. There is a second bedroom on this floor with two twin beds that share the bathroom if needed. The first floor has the foyer, two large bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom. It is quiet and out of the way of the rest of the house. All rooms have ceiling fans. The house is located three lots in from the beach on a dead end street allowing safe easy walks to the beach along the public decked walk way that leads directly to a Life guard protected swimming area. There is private parking for at least three cars in the front and two in the back. Fun all season round.
