I loved the location of this condo. In just a few steps you are sitting on the beach. This is great when you like to carry chairs and umbrellas with you. We also liked that it is close to where the surfers seem to congragate when the surf is up. It is very fun to watch them.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had plenty of room, and everything I needed was available.

I chose this condo as a getaway during a visit to Wilmington for a funeral. This place was delightful and supportive! Just what I needed. Very nice and homey. Allowed me to escape the other family members and be with my own thoughts in a safe and comfy locale. The customer service provided was marvelous! I would love to come back in a better frame of mind, and, I will do that soon. I will suggest this place to my friends, but, they might take up all the available days.

Great Location - Close to A Lot

Condo was very cozy and comfortable and a nice place to crash and unwind after a day on the beach and the surrounding area. Fridge was brand new and condo is well maintained.

You enter the condo on a balcony (which faces toward the ocean!) with sliding glass door, which was very unique. With warmer weather (we were there in February), this would be a good hang out spot.

Great location. We loved being so close to the beach, without being in a real commercialized area. The beach is literally right across the street. About a block down the street, is a restaurant with a pier you can go out on.

You are just a few minutes drive away from Fort Fisher which has the aquarium, the fort itself, and the auto ferry over to Southport.

Condo is about 20 mins sound of Wilmington and there you are close enough to a lot of eating, etc. without being right on top of it.

While we were there in the offseason, the area is very quiet and pretty. Several roads nearby had bike lanes, and a board walk area is not far to the South.
