Affordable Luxury on the beach in wonder filled Seagrove Beach. Those who have been to Seagrove know the charm and beauty that is both on the beach and also along the wonderful 2 lane road known as 30A. Well now you can stay in Seagrove and enjoy “Beachfront Luxury' at reasonable prices.

“Friends on the Beach” is a newly updated 2/2 Bedroom/Bath Beachfront condo that sleeps up to 8.

Our 'One Segrove Place' Condo is right on the beach and right in the heart of Seagrove between the Seaside and Water Sound developments. We are in one of the only tall buildings built or that will ever be built in Seagrove. We are on the 8th floor so you will love the views.

We hope you and your friends and family will also enjoy your stay!!

Seagrove and 30A area: The area of Seagrove can’t be described adequately to express its beauty compared to the hustle and bustle of the mega-condo areas of Destin and Panama City. Seagrove is changing and developing, but it is enhancing its beauty with exclusive small developments and quaint little shopping areas so that the beauty remains indescribable. From its beginning with Seaside, that colorful little development town shown in the movie “Truman”; to the next generation seafront towns of Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Water Sound, Seagrove becomes better and better everyday.

Extra for renters: We have recently updated and have a beautiful condo with granite countertops, newly painted rooms and special amenities that others just don’t offer. Extras such as a “Pac-n-Play”, Highchairs, X-Box and games, and Flat Screen TVs to name just a few. We know that many of you are coming from far away and can’t pack all the things you would like to make your families stay easy and fulfilling. Now you don’t have to; we have thought of everything down to the spice and salt shakers, irons and vacuum cleaners. We have listened to our renters and we offer as much as we can available and ready when you rent with us.

Friends on the Beach Invitation: You will have 3 televisions all with a DVD player connected so the kids can be in one room and adults in another and everybody is happy. We even have many DVD titles for kids and adults as well as board and card games for that rainy day that occasionally happens. We even have a few sand toys that we ask each renter to add to or just use as they enjoy the beach when they stay at their new favorite place – “Friends on the Beach.”

You see we were also renters at one time and we know what you would like to have when you got to the condo you rent. That’s what’s different about “Friends of the Beach”; we rent for less and have more. We think that will bring you back year after year and provide us with honest feedback to keep our place great for us and our friends.

Linens are included. Beds are super comfortable and ordered special for the owners. You get to enjoy them when you rent. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

LOVED this unit! We've stayed in many units at One Seagrove Place over the last few years, but this was by far our favorite! Fabulous view, comfortable beds, great use of space in the second bedroom with the full bed and bunk beds. Comfortable furniture; many extras and amenities that most owners don't think to provide! I also appreciated her prompt responses to inquiries I had. We'll definitely be renting this unit from this owner in the future!

Perfect for our Spring Break Trip

We recently stayed at Friends on the Beach with our son and his friends. The master suite was great for my husband and I ... and we loved the oceanfront view. The setup was perfect for the boys, as well. The second bedroom has a full bed and set of bunk beds with an adjoining bathroom, which worked out great. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The complex is nicely maintained and offers a fitness room and heated pool. You simply can't beat the location or the view! We would absolutely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great weekend getaway

Decided to have a weekend away for my husband's birthday. Great condo with very nice beach decor and good furniture ( not the cheap wicker and glass table top that most beach condos have ). Lots of room on the balcony for entertaining and sunbathing. Great beach access Great place to visit. Tons of great shopping and dining just minutes away. Already planning another visit and would rent this condo again. Maybe next time, I will want to bring my teens ( OR NOT ! )
