Live like a Seattleite in one of our privately owned two bedroom urban condominium in the heart of downtown. You'll be steps from shopping, restaurants, theaters, museums and all major downtown attractions. In the Elektra Condominiums,we are 8 blocks east of the Pike Place Market, next to the Washington State Convention Center and 4 blocks from the Westlake and Pacific Place Malls and Monorail (providing a direct link to the Seattle Center, Space Needle and Key Arena). We offer daily rates (minimum 3 night stay - no exceptions) year round and weekly rates October through April. Monthly rates also available. Prorate after 1st month available. Call for rates on stays of 6 months or more.
Cancellations: Cancellations and Refunds
Deposit minus a 10% administrative fee is refundable with cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds of thereafter unless apt. is rerented. Any refunds are based on number of days coinciding with original reservation that the apt. is rerented.
Additional Policies: Also available for an additional charge: Parking, housekeeping services and port-a-crib. All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking, no pets. Our check-in hours are 3pm to 10pm and check-out is noon. Please contact the office in advance if check-in or check-out outside of standard hours will be needed. There is a $50 fee for check-ins later than 10pm to compensate for additional staff time.
Basic utilities (water, sewer, garbage and electric) plus basic cable and wireless high speed internet access is included. Local phone service is not included but may be set up by tenant. All special requests will be noted at time of reservation but cannot be guaranteed. There is an additional fee for parking and will accommodate only small to mid sized vehicles. Laundry facilities are located in the building. A one time $75 cleaning and 3% damage waiver fee is applied to your rental to cover cleaning of your unit when you leave and up to $600 in unintentional property damage. Additional cleaning service is available upon request during your stay at $75 per visit. These are strictly non-smoking, non-pet rooms. Guests will be charged $700 for cleaning and damages if they or their visitors smoke in the room or bring in animals whi
3 Night Minimum: The Elektra Condo Association has a 3 night minimum rental requirement. We do not violate that requirement under any conditions. Please do not ask if we make exceptions to our 3 night minimum stay requirement.

Travelling internationally for 16 years as a management consultant with Microsoft I learned how challenging business travel can be. My best experiences were when I stayed in vacation rentals rather than hotels. I was glad to give up hotel services to stay in a homelike environment with a full kitchen and experience living like a local, particularly when my family travelled with me. After adopting two more children I decided it was time to give up the travelling life and stay closer to home. Starting up this business was just a natural for me. We currently own a few of the properties and professionally manage properties for several other owners and the same building. Because we have a great reputation in the Seattle vacation rental industry and want to keep it, we are very selective about the properties we take on to manage and enusre that our owners keep their properties up to the highest possible standards. Why Becki chose Seattle
Fabulous location in the heart of downtown. We bought here because we were impressed by the style of a 1940's building which was updated to condos in the 1990's. The updates were tastefully done while retaining much of the charm of the era. The Elektra Homeowners' CC&R's specifically allow for rentals of 3 days or more making this a great place to buy for owners who wanted to keep a second home in the city, or who find that they need to travel extensively in their profession and have their units empty much of the time. These are the owners we represent. Our owners invest a lot of personal care into maintaining their units because they want to feel as if they are welcoming guests into their own home - which is exactly what they are doing. We have so enjoyed hosting people from all over the country and the world coming to Seattle for temporary work, for relocation, to attend conventions, for medical treatment, to visit family or just to experience this fabulous city and all that it has to offer.
