We rented the condo for the March break week. The view was spectacular. The condo itself was very luxurious. It's in a quiet area of Daytona. We enjoyed the restaurant in Ponce Inlet called the Inlet Harbour Restaurant. The food was great and we saw some dolphins while dining. Would definitely go back again. Debbie and Diane were most helpful and accomodating.

We had a very nice stay here.
We had warmfull welcome and many advices and informations.
We were funny surprised finding the unit larger and more beautiful than pictures let it suppose.
The sight is really fantastic ; to see of its bed ocean and sunrise is really magic ! (while surfing on web thanks to wi-fi is unique). We hurry come back see it again.
The main bathroom is very beautiful and large, the two walking closets too. Doreen supplies all we need (and more), so we felt as in friend's home.
Plus, the condo has in first floor : ocean view lounges,dining room, fitness room, and library, Tv room, kitchen, etc, etc.
At last, the pool and the spa are clean and well heated.
We were very fine, thanks to the owners sharing their condo and to the managers care of it.

Great place to stay in Daytona

This was the first time my family and I rented a condo as well. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The condo was exceptionally clean, and everything was new and modern. We were supplied all that we needed for a fun and relaxing stay, so we were able to pack light. The views were spectacular. No matter what side of the condo you were on.

We also went to the restaurant called "Down the Hatch" and would definitely go back. The place was small, but the food was excellent and the prices were good. Another restaurant recommendation would be "Aunt Catfish's" about a 5 minutes drive from the condo.

First time we rented a condo. The pictures on this website couldnt of been more accurate. The unit was clean cheerful and large. Deborah was extremely knowledgable and reponded to any questions promptly. Upon arrival she was waiting for our plane to arrive and gave us a tour as soon as we arrived at the unit. We went in October, it was very quiet and relaxing. Great location, the quieter end of the beach. I brought my 85 year old mother everything was wheelchair accessable. She originally didnt want to go, but now wants to go back next year. Your guaranteed to have a good experience with this unit.

Excellent Condo and Location... Thanks

We decided to head to the Daytona Beach area w/ another couple for a nice week away. We're all in our Mid 20's and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The condo is setup beautifully in every way with everything thing thought out from the beach chairs/cooler to linens. My wife actually wanted to take the Master Bath back home with her.

So much better than a hotel!!!!!

The location is great and it's in a part of the beach that's less crowded. There are places to eat close by (for breakfast I recommend the Bagel shop less than a block south). Also we enjoyed eating at Down the Hatch in Ponce Inlet.

We'll definitely be back to this condo....
