Our 2 bedroom, second floor Tennis Club Villa is adjacent to the East Beach Tennis Center which was ranked the number one tennis resort in the USA in 2005. The pristine Kiawah Island beach, the Sanctuary Hotel and the East Beach Town Center are all within an eight minute walk. The Island's five championship golf courses are a short distance away. The convenient location of the villa will permit you to experience Kiawah's renowned recreational opportunities including biking, kayaking and nature walks. The villa has a scenic view of a beautiful lagoon from every window. Sitting on the furnished, screened-in porch, enjoy a meal or just relax while watching the abundant wildlife. The attractively decorated villa was recently upgraded with Pergo flooring, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances and granite countertop. The unit has two bedrooms and two full baths. Enjoy the comforts of home on picturesque Kiawah Island! Sorry, No pets!

The City of Charleston is a 30 minute drive away with antique shopping, boutiques, stores for clothing, art, gardening, and an open air straw market with local artisans works as well as a myriad of award winning restaurants. There are also numerous museums and horse drawn carriage rides in Charleston. On Kiawah, the 10 miles of pristine beach is the main attraction and there are ongoing summer and holiday youth recreational day programs available for children at nearby Night Heron Park on Kiawah Island. There are two tennis centers with instructional services and automated practice court. For golfers, there are five courses and instructional center on at Turtle Point Golf Course on Kiawah. In 2012 the PGA Tournament will be held on Kiawah. There is also the annual Kiawah Island Marathon in December and the Kiawah Island Road Race and concerts by the Chaleston Symphony Orchestra. Spa services are available at the Sanctuary Spa just a 7 minute walk away.
