Normal Rental Periods Offered:: Monthly rentals are usually calendar months (1st of the month to last day of the month). Alternate check-in and check-out dates, if available, are negotiable. Weekly rentals are typically Saturday 3pm check-in to Saturday 11pm check-out. Discounts on multiple week or multiple month rentals are negotiable.
Taxes, Utilities, and Parking: Normal Monthly or Weekly Rates include all Taxes and Utilities, including HD Digital cable TV, gas, water, electric, local phone calls, and Internet access. For monthly rentals in the hot summer months (July through September), a limit on electric usage charges may be imposed, with the excess usage charges deducted out of security deposit. If a limit is imposed, it will be negotiated and agreed to prior to rental commitment. The unit includes one enclosed garage with an automatic garage door opener. There is also ample parking in the lot in front of the condo building.
Long Term Rates (Furnished and Un-Furnished):: LONG TERM RATES (FURNISHED)
If available, Longer term rentals may be booked at value prices for a furnished luxury condo. Long Term furnished rentals are booked with taxes, utilities, and one-time cleaning fees included. If available, Renter can pick any contiguous period of any year excluding the peak season months of February and March (except for the 6-month or 1-Year term, which may include those months):
3-Months: $ 5,900 (security deposit $ 1000)
4-Months: $ 8,100 (security deposit $ 1000)
5-Months: $ 10,100 (security deposit $ 1000)
6-Months: $ 12,700 (security deposit $ 1500)
1-Year: $ 23,700 (security deposit $ 1500)
LONG TERM RATES (UNFURNISHED) 6-month and 1-year unfurnished rental leases are availalbe at $1375 per month. Security Deposit for either lease is $1375. Renter is responsibile for the care and cleaning of the unit as well as all utilities.
