It is a quiet desert retreat away from it all (you may hear a coyote at night), yet it is just minutes from numerous upscale shops and restaurants in Carefree, Cave Creek, and North Scottsdale. The exclusive Legend Trail Community Center is steps away, featuring 2 state of the art exercise rooms, 2 large outdoor pools (1 heated), spa tub, and tennis courts. And, the Legend Trail Golf Clubhouse is a short walk. Condo features large balcony with a fairway and desert view in the foreground and mountains in the background, including Pinnacle Peak. The condo is located in the extreme northeast corner of the city of Scottsdale very close to the border of Carefree. This is a relatively undeveloped and unspoiled area, which means it is also nice and quiet. The natural desert surroundings and adjacent mountains are lovely. It is at a higher elevation than most of Scottsdale, which means the temperatures generally run 5-10 degrees cooler compared to central Phoenix. Bartlett and Horseshoe lakes are just a short scenic drive from the condo as well.

  • All taxes and utilities included in rate. Cleaning Fee is a one-time additional charge.
  • Monthly rentals are calendar months (1st of the month to last day of the month). Alternate check-in and check-out dates, if available, are negotiable. Lower rates negotiable for rentals of three months or more. Rental fees include all taxes and utilities.

    Refundable Security Deposit of $750 is required with all rentals. Multi-month rentals may require a slightly larger Security Deposit. The $125 cleaning fee is a non-refundable, one time fee for all rentals.

    LONG TERM RATES
    If available, Longer term rentals may be booked at extreme value prices. These rates include cleaning fees, taxes, and utilities. Renter can pick any contiguous period of any year excluding the months of February and March (except for the special 6-month term and the 1-Year term, which includes those months):
    3-Months: $ 6,950
    4-Months: $ 8,950
    5-Months: $ 10,850
    6-Months: $ 12,650
    Special 6-Months (includes February and March peak season): $13,950
    1-Year (includes February and March): $25,950
  • All rental reservations require a deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit is made up of the $750 Security Deposit (refunded at the end of your stay) plus 25% of the rental fee for your stay. The balance of funds (75% of the rental fee plus a $125 cleaning fee) are due on the day you arrive. Payment can be made by cashier's check, money order, PayPal, etc.. We also accept wire transfers. However, the renter is responsible for paying any wiring fees charged by the source and destination banks.

    Upon making your reservation, a lease will be sent to you for review and signature. A reservation is not confirmed until your deposit and signed lease agreement are received by us.

    Notice of cancellation must be given in writing 30 days prior to occupancy to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days will be given a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 15 days before occupancy will not receive a refund

If a limit is imposed, it will be negotiated and agreed to prior to rental commitment.

Parking: The unit includes one enclosed garage with automatic garage door opener. There is also ample parking available in front of the condo.

This condo is all that it is advertised to be, and more. We moved in with our clothes & personal items, and that's all we needed. The location is excellent. It's located in the far northeast corner of the valley, away from the crowds & the traffic. But it is very close to Carefree and Cave Creek, and all the amenities of Scottsdale are only about 20 - 30 minutes away. Being next door to the Community Center is a plus; we used the fitness center almost every day. The second bedroom, with its bathroom en suite, was a perfect arrangement when we had company. We loved being close to several outdoor venues: Bartlett Lake, Pinnacle Peak, and Cave Creek Recreation Area. We stayed for three months this year, and we've already signed up for three months next year.
Owner's Response: Thank You. We feel the same way about the condo. We just love it when we get a chance to stay there ourselves.

We will continue to upgrade the amenities to make the experience better and better - after all, we stay there too!

Tons Better Than Advertised

My wife and I just loved this place. Better live than in the web ad.

Loved the large outdoor covered deck We sat out there in the late afternoon (happy hour!) and enjoyed the wonderful view. It was nice and quite, we felt like we were the only people around. Yet, the pools and fitness center were so close - it was great!

The condo was lovely inside too - really nice furnishings and the kitchen had everything we could possibly want.

We're not golfers, but we can see the appeal for those who are. Overlooking the beautiful fairway was nice (really green!).

Awesome - we'll be back!
