Our ocean view condominium was recently remodeled and refurnished to offer you a relaxing, quiet, and enjoyable vacation. We just upgraded to bamboo floors, which lends to the clean, open feeling of our wonderful condo. This top floor end unit also offers great ocean and mountain views from our private lanai. There's a convenience store in the front of the complex, which is an excellent feature when you need something last minute. The complex is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We have 2 pools, a great sandy beach, and an oceanfront cabana for dining at or just enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Or, you can just enjoy the gorgeous views from the lanai. We strive to offer everything you'll need for your memorable vacation.

Quiet and comfortable

We (couple fraom germany) stayed at this condo in January 2009. We loved it! Quiet, complete and comfortable, nice people, rather small with about 60 units. Clean pools, wonderful gardens, nice small (artificial) beach.
Very good and uncomplicated owner - thank you, Chris!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

Added to our great Hawaiian experience

This condo was perfect for our Mother-Daughter vacation. We are return vacationers to Kona, and the Casa, and this was my favorite condo. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. I definitely wish I would have visited the condo before buying some travel items, like shampoo, conditioner, and even aloe lotion. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and its location to the lobby was not an issue. The lobby is within view, but it is usually empty. The bed was great, very comfortable. The Casa is in a convenient location as well. An easy jog or walk downtown and to the pier or a quick drive the other direction to nice beaches. I hope to return in the future!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fairly close to downtown, nice waterfront BBQ, pool and sunset watching area. Nice big lanai, but with public access around the side. Not quite certain what the Newly Remodeled refers to (hence the Hmmmm....) ... and the bed was quite on the firm side.
Owner's Response: Hi Brian, I am sorry to hear you only felt your stay could warrant 2 stars. We strive to ensure our guest have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What could we have done to improve upon that? As for the newly remodeled, it was done just a few years ago. All of the furniture and appliances are about 5 years old or less. Most units in that complex are not as well equiped or maintained and have not had a virtually complete overhaul like this unit.

Perfect Condo in Kona

Condo was perfect..stocked w/plenty of shampoos/soaps/condiments/cleaning products for the next group. Also, dry goods that are here.,everything in baggies,etc. for freshness,,but PLEASE check out the condo first before heading to the store..also napkins/paper towels..all here.. We found Target to be the cheapest for milk/cereals/lunch meat,etc..bottled waters/wine/beer. Wal-mart is a bit higher, but we liked the Target...unless you belong to Costco. Bed is wonderful, nice to have a king sized bed away from home, and plenty of bedding to keep you warm or cool. Would definitely stay @ this unit again..Christine was great to talk with regarding their condo.
