This beautifully restored 1934 Spanish Style Bungalow sits right on the sand. It is located in Silverstrand Beach, a beautiful beach town situated South of Oxnard and North of Malibu. This lovely bungalow boasts comfort and design in every room. The living room has custom tile and is accented with a wood-burning fireplace and French doors that look out to the private ocean front patio. An alfresco dining area sits off of the living room. The efficient kitchen is equipped with all the convenient appliances you would have in your home.

The master bedroom has panoramic ocean views with doors that lead out to the ocean front patio. Both bathrooms feature marble and tile. The ocean front outdoor patio features comfortable beach chairs, a dining set, a chimenea, an outdoor shower and a tiled foot bath! The house is equipped with a wireless Internet cable modem for convenient access.

This is a one of a kind lodging experience!

Note: Pets are permitted only on a case by case basis.

Perfect Home for a Family Vacation

Our family of four myself, husband, 12 year old daughter and 15 year old son stayed here in August. We had perfect weather. We loved this home. It is decorated with nautical designs and antique boats. The outdoor patio really makes this home special. We ate all our meals on the patio. The master suite is very private and away from the the rest of the home, great ocean view and is very romantic. We were greeted with beautiful flowers and champagne. The house was very clean. We would love to come vacation here again. Perfect location. We spent on day in Santa Barbara touring UCSB and another day we went to Malibu to the beautiful Getty Villa.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
