Family room with dining area, separate dining room, luxurious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, laundry room, double garage. Cable TV in lounge and all bedrooms. Sliding glass doors give access from the family room to the covered lanai, deck area for sunbathing, and heated swimming pool and spa. The garden leads down to the canal and boat dock. Convenient for all attractions including stunning white sand beaches, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands where you can watch dolphins play, golf courses, a water park and a number of shopping malls and factory outlets. Busch Gardens Theme Park is a good day out, as is a trip down the coast to Naples or the everglades. Explore the beautiful canals and waters surrounding Cape Coral.

Meander down the canals from Villa Coral to the new Cape Harbor Marina and have lunch on the terrace overlooking the water at Rumrunners restaurant. Or venture further afield to some of the small islands and beaches that are only accessible by boat.
