Convenient to Barton Springs, Zilker Park, Long Centre, Downtown, Convention center, SOCO, 6th Street, Warehouse District, auditorium shores and many Austin landmarks including the Broken Spoke, Saxon Pub, Continental Club, Chuys and the Alamo Drafthouse cinema. The north side of the trail is 4 blocks from the downtown entertainment district and connects with Auditorium Shores, Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool on the south side. Metro bus to downtown every 15 minutes during rush hour and every 20 minutes at other times from the West Mary/south 5th intersection. $1.00 a day Austin's Pizza, the Horseshoe Lounge, La Reyna and Polvos Tex-Mex restaurants are within 5 blocks. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema South, Saxon Pub, Suzy's Chinese and Maudies Tex-Mex are within 10 blocks. SOCO, the Long Centre, the Continental Club, Auditorium Shores and Ladybird Lake Hike and Bike Trail are all within 1 1/2 miles

Additional information about rental rates

  • The property is a single unit but has been designed for flexibility. It can be leased as a 1 bed/1 bath, 2 bed/2 bath or 3 bed/3 bath. In addition, there are 2 motel type foldaway beds, 2 inflatable mattresses and a roll-out camping mattress providing accommodation for up to 10 people.

    There are no shared rentals; if you lease as a 1bed/1 bath or a 2 bed/2 bath, the remainder of the accommodation will remain vacant during your stay.

    A $250 deposit is required to hold a reservation; payment can be made by check or through PayPal ( 3% service charge).

    The rates for each configuration of the property are as follows:

    1 bed/1 bath: $125/night, $325/weekend, $650/week, $1,675/month.
    2 bed/2 bath: $185/night, $475/weekend, $950/week, $2,375/month
    3 bed/3 bath: $240/night, $600/weekend, $1,200/week, $2,975/month

    The minimum rental period is 1 night. However, there is a single night surcharge of $40 per bed/bath.
    A weekend is 3 consecutive weekend nights.
  • 3 bed/3 bath: $240/night, $600/weekend, $1,200/week, $2,975/month. 3 queen beds, 2 foldaway beds, 2 inflatable mattresses and a roll-out mattress; sleeps a maximum of 10 (but is a tight fit!)

    No minimum rental period; surcharges for one night rentals as follows: $90

    A weekend rental is 3 of 5 consecutive nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights)

We had a great time at this house for our bachelorette party weekend. There were plenty of towels, kitchen items, and space to make our stay very comfortable, and the disco ball and lights were the perfect touch! The owner responded quickly to all of my questions, the house was clean, and (while it was a tight squeeze for 10 people and we struggled with the cabs a bit) I would definitely recommend the rental!

True Austin Charm...

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property manager was extremely helpful and kind and the place was clean and conveniently located. If you are looking for a true Austin experience in the heart of one of the hippest neihborhoods then this is the place!

Amazing house

We had an amazing time at this house in Austin. The interior was very spacious with a comfy couch in the living room. The loft bedroom was very large and had cable TV, hard wired internet and a seperate kitchen. All of the refridgerators were stocked with beer, soda and all the main essentials which was an added bonus. The porch out front had a couch and chairs which was perfect for gathering and conversation...The house is very conveniently located to downtown. We were actually able to walk to some of the festivals that were going on while we were there. The only downside was that we weren;t able to stay longer...

We had my bachelorette party in Austin and rented the entire house for the weekend. The house was ample room for 9 girls and two dogs. The house was well stocked (the free beer was very well received) and the disco ball added a finishing touch to our girls getaway! The neighborhood felt safe and the location made everything easy to get to. I would love to stay here again next time we're in town!

My family had a great visit and enjoyed our stay at this rental property. We enjoyed relaxing outside on the patio for most of our visit. The coffee,beer, juice, eggs, etc was much appreciated and a really nice touch. I would recommend the property to a friend and will more than likely stay here again on my next trip to Austin.
