All new playground area for young children. Beautiful duck pond with ducks, turtles, and fish (bring your fishing gear). All new tennis courts, two swimming pools (one heated), and a clubhouse with Wi-Fi and weight room with exercise equipment. We are on Mallery Street, the main street of the village, just a comfortable stroll to the village and pier. St. Simons Island is ideal for a fairytale vacation in a resort area. Take a walk in the park where soft winds blow fresh from the sea. Many generations of persons have stood where you stand---watching for ships on the horizon while dolphins play in the surf and pelicans dive for their dinner. Neptune Park includes a playground with benches for relaxing by the sea, picnic tables and grills under the gracefully sweeping live oaks, and a bandstand where events are held throughout the year.

The pier village is the island's historic area. Visit the lighthouse and museum. Take the trolley ride. It is well worth your time as it gives you an overview of the island as well as details of its history. The guides will point out to you the various trees with faces of the tree spirits carved on their trunks. There are frequent art, pottery, and antique festivals in the village. There are many excellent artists living on St. Simons Island and environs. The village park is a gathering place for family reunions and games of miniature golf. Live theater is very popular in the village as well as in nearby Brunswick.

what a vacation!

Family, warm weather, DOLPHINS, clean beaches, two swimming pool, available staff help, ample parking secure outdoor lighting.

This condo is well decorated, comfortable and relaxing. Quite private. QUALITY. Very well supplied and stock. The well equipped kitchen will not disapoint any cook. We lacked for nothing during our stay.

The beaches had easy access and parking, clean public restrooms, lifeguards, and outdoor showers to clean off the sand. At low tide a wonderful sandbar suddenly appears. We walked the length of it daily.But the prize of the trip goes to the DOLPHINS. Also at low tide pods of dolphins swam into sight. Numbers of dolphins swam up and down the coastline. What a sight. Everyone on the beach took notice. Amazing.

We also enjoyed the use of both swimming pools. It was the first week of Ausust but neither pool was ever crowded. No matter what time of the day we swam. We had privacy and a good time.

Our children are older, 19 and 21 years olds, and they found their way around the island with no problem. We all enjoyed the sightseeing, but mainly stayed on the beach with the warm water, lots of sun and the Dolphins.

What a vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very nice and close to all the shops and pier at St Simon. Everyone was friendly there. And we would love to take the kids again soon. I recommend this property for family or couples.
