Full bath downstairs, half bath on main floor. Just minutes from Cape Ann's unspoiled Crane's beach and the many attractions of Gloucester, Rockport, Manchester-by-the-sea, Salem and Newburyport, all filled with restaurants, deep sea trips for whale watching, fishing and sailing, plus museums to entertain on blustery days.
