The downstairs sleeps 8, with 2 bedrooms with queens, 1 sleeper sofa in the den, and a large efficiency 'kids/media room' with extra sleeping facilities, large TV, & plenty of space to enjoy the view.
ALL bedrooms have flat-screen TV/DVD combinations - so everybody can watch their own show or movie (new for 2012!!)
