Located on a newly-paved quiet street in the first block off of the Intracoastal Waterway just south of the Southern Bridge, this fully renovated 1925 home has all the charm of Old Palm Beach with complete modern amenities. The home is perfect for two or for a houseful. The style is clean white and natural woods with designer accents, and the house is filled with antiques and art. Three sets of French doors open onto a large outdoor terrace under a loggia around the pool. There is a freestanding cabana with a separate bed and bath and full laundry facilities. The house is surrounded by ficus hedges and is secluded and private but just 10 minutes from shopping, WPB airport and I-95.
