When we first walked into what was to become our new home in Kauai, the views of the ocean, coastline, and lush green hills and palms literally took our breath away! Located on a snorkeling beach (rated best snorkeling in Kauai by 'Sunset' magazine) and a summer surfing favorite (Prince Kuhio's, Centers and Acid Drops), we could see turtles feeding below the lanai and blowholes out in the distance. Around the corner we saw where we had first learned to snorkel, next to one of the best restaurants in all of Kauai, the Beach House. Kuhio Shores is closer to the water than any other condo or resort on the island. Our oceanfront, one bedroom condominium, #305 at Kuhio Shores, exceeds our dreams! If you are on your honeymoon, wish to recapture the romance in your relationship, or you just want to experience the awesome beauty and serenity of this 'jewel on the sea' by yourself, with your family, or friends, this is the ideal home for you when vacationing on the Garden Island of Kauai.

Our oceanfront condo's beaches on Kauai's Gold Coast are a snorkeler's paradise with over 650 varieties of fish! Snorkel different times of the day to see different kinds of fish.Turtles feed below the lanai. The south side of the condo are 3 hot surf spots. In the Condo are guidebooks to help you explore. In Kauai you can go sightseeing, hike, bike, snorkel, sail, dive, surf, golf, boogie board, visit Botanical Gardens (the National Garden is 1 mile, next to the blow hole, at Spouting Horn), kayak, take boat tours (catamarans leave from Port Allen to the awe-inspiring Napali Coast), helicopter tours, ATV tours (go to movie sites), shop, go horseback riding, or just relax. Our teenage daughter loves to go to Koloa Town to eat Lapperts Famous Ice Cream and visit the Quaint Shops and Art Galleries, We also enjoy shopping at the outdoor stands at Spouting Horn where beautiful carvings, masks, and gifts for friends can be found. It would take months to explore this most exquisite island!

The new breezeway pulls ocean cooled air through the bedroom, keeping you nice and cool. Wonderful oceanview in the bedroom! In the living room is a comfy chenille queen size pull-out couch with a five inch thick mattress (no bars or poking springs). Hawaiian and Asian art, comfortable and Luxurious furnishings and the best oceanfront living. We have brought the aloha spirit into our home.

Kuhio Shores is closer to the ocean than any other condo or resort on the entire island of Kauai. Learn to snorkel by the Beachhouse, on the west side of the building (teaming with fish; over 650 varieties in Hawaii!), then get into the water below our lanai to snorkel with turtles! On the south side of our property, relax on the grass and watch surfers (little kids will amaze you!). Right here, is one of Kauai's premier summer surf spots.

Recently remodeled: Recently remodeled for the most discriminating guest, our home reflects the Hawaiian tropics. Comfort and beauty are our priority. Bamboo floors glisten in the light of the morning sunrise. New tile and paint, in tropical greens and earth tones, create a peaceful, clean atmosphere. Bathe in an elegant Noccino Italian marble shower with decorative accents. The kitchen features Brazilian, Verdi Peacock granite counter-tops and new stainless steel appliances. In the dining room, bamboo wainscoting and a huge mirror framed in dark tropical wood, reflects the crashing waves, bringing the spectacular beauty of Kauai's nature inside.

Finest linens and Towels: The king size bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and we use the very best linens. We splurged and dressed the bed in “SeaCell” sheets. They are made out of seaweed fiber and high count pima cotton. You can Google “SeaCell.” They are the softest sheets we have ever felt and are very sensuous. Seaweed is used in spa treatments and these sheets are supposed to impart nutrients to the skin. Our guest love them. They are truly luxurious!

What a beautiful home you have! The view was amazing! For us visiting from Arizona - hearing the ocean day and night was heaven!

I couldn't wait to wake up every morning just to watch the sea turtles. They were magical.

It was definitely one of the best trips we have ever been on. We just loved every minute of it.

We would highly recommend your condo to anyone and everyone! It was so comfortable and inviting!

Tranquil and beautiful!

The condo is located in a gorgeous spot with a secluded cove and an awesome view. There is an ideal snorkeling spot walking distance from the condo and easy access to all activities on the island.
The newly remodeled condo is very comfortable and has all the amentities needed.
I would definitely return to this condo for future vacations.

We stayed here the end of Sept. 2007 for a week. The condo is beautiful and the view is worth every minute. It was also a great location. If we go back we will definetly try to rent this place again. Thanks for everything Molla.

Wow, your condo was everything we had looked
forward to and more. I think the best part was
grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning and having
the option to sit out on the Lanai and watch the sea
turtles below or take a walk outside and sit and
watch the ocean waves break. You have done such
an amazing job with the place making it "home-y"
and "vacation-y" at the same time. We would love
to go back and stay there anytime-great location,
great accomodations, great view. It was also a
pleasure dealing with you. Thanks for everything.

Dear Kevin and Molla,

We had a great time on our honeymoon thanks to the wonderful accommodations you provided. During our first dinner on the lanai we saw four sea turtles. The sunsets were spectacular as well, and the pulsing of the waves helped us sleep. Your accommodations were clean, well decorated, and of high quality. Being so close to restaurants, Poipu Beach, Spouting Horn, and shopping centers helped make our stay even more luxurious.
