This house is in the Hideout, a 4 star gated community.
You can RENT A BOAT about a minute away near the main pool. The house has AIR CONDITIONING IN EVERY ROOM, and 2 wood burning FIREPLACES. The community has private beaches, swimming pools for adults and children, fishing, skiing on the premises, etc.
The house offers FREE local and LONG DISTANCE calls throughout the States, and WIRELESS INTERNET access (Please be sure to bring your laptop)

Special Property Features: 1. GAMEROOM. A 23 x 23 foot garage turned into a game room. It`s carpeted, heated, has ceiling fans, TV, cable, DVD player (in every room), full size pool and ping pong tables, indoor basketball, dart game, plus bowling and other children games. The gameroom also has a Sofa, chairs, tables, etc. This gameroom is detached from the house, permitting all night playing without disturbing anyone in the house. The gameroom has a tape/5 CD changer stereo player, and a 10.5 cu. ft. refrigerator.
2. PRIVATE BEACH. There is a private sandy beach on the property with its own DOCK, a FIRE-PIT, and an adult 2-3 sitter WOODEN SWING. Swimming is allowed in the lake, as well as fishing. A pole light on the beach permits its use at night. (A permit is required from the Hideout for fishing). Even if they are with you, ensure that children, or anyone else who does not know how to swim, has a life vest on. This floating dock shakes, and extends 16 feet into the water.
House Layout: Top level has 2 bedrooms with A/C, queen bed in one room, & a bunk bed with full size bed at the bottom and twin on top. A bathroom is in the center of these 2 rooms.
Main floor has a master bedroom with A/C, a king size bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room all with A/C, with one wood burning fire place. Living room and dining room glass walls permit view of the lake. A separate dining room has been added, and allows 16 people to squeeze in and eat together.
House Layout (cont.): Third level has a 4th bedroom with A/C, a queen size bed, TV, and a DVD player. In addition, the third level has a family room with one full size futon bed that sleeps 2, and another bunk futon, with a twin bed on top and a full bed at the bottom, that sleeps 3. This family room/5th bedroom also has a bar, a 2nd wood burning fire place, TV, DVD player, a bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. As one exits the family room through the sliding glass doors, there is a 6th bedroom with a queen size futon bed, a TV, DVD player, and A/C. That room has 3 large uncovered windows that face the lake.
LAKE WALLENPAUPACK is about 8 minutes from the house, for water activities and waterfront restaurants. For skiing, SNOW and ELK mountain are about 25 minutes away, CAMELBACK mountain is about 40-45 minutes away.
