We are truly excited to share our newly purchased oceanfront upstairs home in North Mission Beach with vacationers from throughout the world. It is right next door to our other very popular 'Beach Recess I' property. You will be able to see and hear the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. If you have not booked your spring or summer vacation now is the time. Imagine walking into a beautiful beachfront property and looking at the ocean from your living room or dining room with your favorite beverage, accessing the Internet with our wireless connection while looking out at the dolphins swimming by and surfers catching the waves. Imagine sitting on the patio in the afternoon taking in a little sun while reading your favorite book. Imagine walking barefoot on the beach with a family member or significant other and watching a spectacular sunset. Imagine preparing that special meal and enjoying a candlelight dinner.

we were pleased with this unit. the location was great
and the condo was well kept and had everything that
was described. the owners were helpful as this was our
first trip to california. they had lots of helpful info and
added extra touches that made our stay very memorable.
we would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in this oceanside getaway.....
Right on the beach with an ongoing parade on the boardwalk right outside your balcony....Best location on Mission Beach/Bay....Use of the bike made getting around very easy and enjoyable....A short walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Looking forward to our next trip here...
From the welcoming gifts to the dolphins, surfers and sunsets, this is a fantastic place to stay and play.....
