This 3 room 3.5 bathroom home has spacious kitchen, gas stove, balconies, a patio in the back and a huge shared pool. Minutes from an awesome grocery store (Chedraui) and about 10 minutes from the beach. There is a shared pool on the first floor with outdoor shower, restroom by the pool, outdoor bar, Tv and a waterfall. You can rent a car based on availability.

For any 1 additional guest, there is an extra $40 per night added to your booking

Love this place!

This a great place. It's perfectly located between the city and the beach. The grocery store was a 5 min walk felt very safe and comfortable. Will be booking again.

Clean and welcoming. Quiet neighborhood which was nice! Great outdoor pool

Property manager and owners were quick to respond with answers to any questions. That was helpful. Wonderful place. We would love to come back again!

Fabulous Quite Condo

We were a group of three couples who travel together frequently and this condo was perfect for us. The location for us was not a problem as we have been to the island many times, but it is not in the hub of the action(which for some may be an issue) The grounds were beautifully manicured and the pools were terrific. Angel and Nacho were always available with any need we had and Victor responded to inquiries almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again and the only issue we had was lack of workspace in the kitchen as we like to cook, but for those who eat out or just snack it works great and we were able to manage.
