The Gulfview offers residents direct beach access, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, recreation area, exercise room with the latest equipment, laundry facilities, covered assigned parking, and convenient location to shopping and dining. The newly renovated deck is just steps from the beach. Every guest has private, keyed access to the beach. Marco Island is famous for its great weather, wonderful amenities, dining, wildlife and fishing. Within walking distance are fine and casual restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and hotels with their beach front dining, etc. Outlets are a short drive. Naples and Fort Myers are near by, with upscale shopping, museums, dinner theater, and more. U.S. Mail delivery can be arranged for your stay.
My husband and I just spent a wonderful month in this superior condo. It was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we have shared in a long time. The views were superb. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony enjoying coffee, wine, and the soothing sounds of the Gulf. The condo itself was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and very well organized. It was well equipped with all the things we needed to enhance our stay. The cleanliness of the entire complex was exceptional, including the laundry area, the hallways and even the parking garage. The pool was again extremely clean and inviting as well as the beach which we went to daily. The shelling was great fun and we came back home with some great finds! Tim, the owner, was very helpful with all our questions and very prompt with his responses. This condo is very convenient to everything on the island, restaurants, church, excursions, shopping etc. We would highly recommend this condo. We loved it and are planning to return next year!
I have stayed at many places on Marco Island. This is my very favorite. My husband and myself are now enjoying our second stay at this well appointed condo. There are wonderful views of the white sandy beach. Pictures do not do it justice. We enjoy leaving the windows open and listening to the ocean below. Every morning after having coffee on the terrace overlooking the ocean, we take a long stroll along the beach. Sometimes stopping for breakfast along the way. The pool is very nice as well as the fitness center. Most nights we head down to the water for sunset. I highly recommend this condo.

The Gulfview is a monthly rental condo. There are occasional 1 or 2 weekd blocks available in the Standard season. This is on a case by case basis.

The rental rates are $4400 per month January, February and March. The rate from September to December and April and May is $2800. There are no rentals from June through August. There is a separate $100 fee and agreement from the condo association. Cleaning, before and after your stay, is included in the rental fee. We ask for a $200 non refundable deposit
